You have access to the entire left side of the duplex.

We are entrepreneurs and have access to communicate easily if any questions should arise with a 2 hour response time.
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

The home is two hundred feet from historic Route 66 and just three minutes from US Highway 412 that can get you quickly anywhere you want in Tulsa and the surrounding cities.

This is an older home. It`s a little smaller (600Sq Ft) but has its own charm. Back in the 40`s when this was built, they did not have large beds, so the queen size bed we have in the bedroom makes it a tight fit. We use glade plugins as a means to add a fresh scent into the home and is not there to cover up any smells! Our driveway is shared with the home next door, please keep it clear. When you arrive, you will need to pull into the back and park under the carport in your designated area.

• If you break it, fix it.
• If you use it, take care of it.
• If you make a mess, clean it up.
• If you move it, put it back.
• No substances may be smoked in the house
• All guests must have traveler insurance on their own for the duration of their stay.
Parking is in the back under a carport. Great for small cars and SUV`s. If you have a large truck, you will need to park on the street across from the house.
