Three minutes to sound side beaches or Atlantic Ocean beaches. Enjoy a less than one mile walk to the sound side beach access at Jockey's Ridge State Park on Soundside Road or use the convenient cross walk at Deering Street/158 to access shopping and dining between the highways. Jockey's Ridge is home to the tallest living sand dune system on the Atlantic coast and provides an ideal location for flying kites and watching sunsets. Hang gliding is a popular activity at the park. Explore through wetland habitats, go swimming, paddling, kiteboarding, and windsurfing on the Roanoke Sound. Within a few minutes of our home you can play at several mini golf courses, go carts, or a full golf course at Nags Head Golf Links. Several local fishing piers (Jennette's Pier, Nags Head Fishing Pier and Outer Banks Fishing Pier) some of which offer fishing rods, tackle and lessons. Other nearby activities include: Off-shore fishing out of Oregon Inlet or Pirate's Cove Marina, Dolphin Tours, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island, or check out the longest running outdoor drama; the Lost Colony also on Roanoke Island.

Four minutes to several grocery stores (The Fresh Market, Food Lion, Harris Teeter) restaurants, (Mulligans, Blue Moon Beach Grill) and retail shops.

Heated pool option - $350 charge for the week if you want the pool heated, daily option too.

Outdoor security cameras that record video and audio will be in use during your stay. Located at: under house to view carport and driveway and rear of home to monitor pool heater.
Minimum age of 24 to rent.

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

The house was decorated beautifully and very clean. The host stayed in contact at our arrival and the day before our last day and a reminder of what we were to do before leaving the premises. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and my family enjoyed both during our stay. We were close to the beach, restaurants and lots of entertainment. It's was an awesome home to enjoy our family vacation. We made great memories!

Property cozt well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware tactfully decorated.

We really enjoyed our spring break getaway in this house. The pool (heated) and hot tub provided lots of safe family fun. The house has everything you need to cook and maintain the cleanliness of the house during your stay. The decor is perfect for the beach vacay feel. 5 stars!

Best Getaway Ever!

My family rented this beautiful home for a Labor Day Weekend Getaway. We were sooo pleased with this house. It was nestled in a very nice well kept neighborhood. We were about 3 miles from the beach and close to many eating places & fun family outdoor activities. We found this home beautifully decorated. My family couldn't stop raving over the gorgeous artful decorations which added just the right touch to the beauty of this house. We always had something beautiful upon which to gaze. The accommodations were excellent. There was plenty room for the 6 of us to congregate in the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed hanging out on any of the 4 decks attached to the house. The lower level contained 3 bedrooms and a bath. The beds were very comfortable. The upper level housed the Master bedroom and bathroom. Much of our time was spent in the pool and hot tub located in the back yard. Our host Karla was readily available to answer questions while there. She was so accommodating which helped made our stay an awesome one. I could go on and on, but I'll conclude by saying I highly recommend you put this VRBO rental on your "Must Experience List"

Great Location

First time to OBX and the house was located perfectly to take in all of the area. House was in great shape and the pool/hot tub made for great family time a long day or a slow start to the day.

Awesome Oasis

We had a great time at this property! It is in a great location near both beach and sound access. We loved the updated interior, new hot tub and the heated pool made it a joy to be outside even on some days that weren’t super warm. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and did everything to ensure we were comfortable and having a great time, we plan to spend more time here again in the future!
