I’m a full time property owner/landlord and am in Hoboken on a daily basis. My work schedule allows for plenty of availability that my guests/tenants may require. I am a new AirBNB host , but my full time job as a landlord makes this a pretty good fit. I understand the importance a responsive host is for my guests.
