I am very new to renting my condo -- I only just started listing it in January 2017! I am a retired mother of 4 from Kansas. I went to St. Thomas on a relaxing getaway in February, 2016 and fell in love with the island. On a whim decided to look at some condos for sale and fell in love with my unit the moment I stepped foot inside. At the time I had no intention of buying but I just couldn't help it. Everything about the villa and the surrounding area is fantastic, from the view (which is magnificent), the on-site restaurants and the three beaches just a few minutes walk from the resort beach level. The resort is built into a hillside, affording breathtaking views of the Caribbean ocean and surrounding islands. My villa is at the top of the hill and receives amazing gentle trade winds that helps keep any mosquitos away. I wanted a place that I could share with my family and provide ample room for get togethers. This villa is perfect for families or couples who want to vacation together but still have
some privacy. I love being able to share my love of the Caribbean with other families - it is not always easy to find affordable accommodations that are family friendly and provide sufficient space and comfort.

My villa is at the top of the hill, reaping the benefits of gentle trade winds and a breathtaking view of the Caribbean ocean and surrounding islands. The view is unobstructed and my favorite little luxury is having coffee on the deck in the morning with the breathtaking view. Also, I love stargazing at night on the deck. My villa is not fancy - the pictures are accurate - but it is comfortable and feels like home. I have invested in an amazing housekeeper who takes pride in her work and little luxuries like silky bamboo sheets and coffee for that first morning on the island. My villa is the only one at the resort that offers two bedrooms and an expansive deck that doubles the amount of indoor/outdoor space that can be shared. There are no guests on either side of the villa, so it is quite private as well.
The hilltop swimming pool is only steps away, but well hidden from sight (on the side of a hill). There are two other scenic pools in the resort, but the hilltop one is not as frequented and at times feels like a private swimming pool. I love being able to take a quick dip in the hilltop pool at any time and still be close to the villa. The resort provides free shuttle service within the resort that is fast and reliant - so you can take the shuttle down to the beach level and walk to 3 beaches in 2-5 minutes. Sugar beach is the resort beach - it is tiny but beautiful. Pineapple beach is the beach at our next door neighboring resort - Margaritaville. Coki Beach is a large beach on the other side of Pineapple Beach famous for great snorkeling. There are also food/beverage vendors and water sports rentals available there- even scuba diving lessons. Coral World is also located there.
