This unique home offers two family rooms, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sunroom you’ll never want to leave. As you enter the main level, you're welcomed into a cozy living area with a large sectional sofa facing a flat-screen TV—ideal for movie nights or gathering around for a game night after a day at the pool. Just off the living space, a mini kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and sink makes snack access easy. Three bedrooms are also located on this floor: one with two sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for the younger guests, another with a comfortable queen bed, and the first primary suite with a king bed, private access to a secluded porch, and direct entry to the pool. A shared hall bathroom with a shower-tub combo is conveniently located nearby.

Upstairs, an additional living space flows into the main kitchen, where an open floor plan allows you to gather with friends and family while preparing meals. Just off the living room, the sunroom with a futon sleeper leads to a deck with stair access down to the pool. The second primary suite, also with a king bed, is located on this level, offering a private retreat with a completely screened-in porch that places you among the treetops, allowing you to enjoy the soothing sounds of the nearby waves. A hall bathroom is situated between the bedroom and the kitchen for easy access. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs for entertainment.

To make the most of your island adventures, the owners provide bikes for exploring and a variety of beach gear for your days spent soaking up the sun and surf. A grill is also provided for cookouts, and you’re close enough to the Gulf to hear the waves, with multiple beaches and restaurants just a short ride away.
