The bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. With easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road, commuting to other parts of Dubai is hassle-free. The Dubai Metro stations at DMCC and Damac Properties are within walking distance, along with well-connected bus routes, making public transport a breeze.

The area is close to the picturesque JLT (Jumeirah Lake Towers) Lake, where residents can enjoy scenic walking paths and lush green spaces. Just a stone's throw away is JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residences), a lively beachfront destination brimming with outdoor dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

For dining, you'll find an abundance of restaurants and cafes throughout JLT and the nearby Marina, offering a variety of cuisines to suit all tastes. Convenience is key here, with a grocery store on the ground level of your building and several other shops around the JLT Lake, ensuring that daily necessities are always within easy reach.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest metro station, DMCC, is just a 4-minutes walk.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
