新しく改装された2ベッドルーム、2バスライツビルビーチデュプレックスは、ビーチへわずか数歩です！ オープンフロアプランは、リビングエリア、ダイニングエリア、キッチンを快適な���楽スペースに結合します。 ダイニングエリアに6名以上の座席。 各ベッドルームにフラットスクリーン液晶テレビ。 3〜4台の車両用の駐車場があるゆったりとした私道。 外のシャワー。 デュプレックスの左側（サニーサイドアップ）には2つのベッドルーム、2つのバスがあり、6人が寝ることができ、同じグループの大規模なグループがレンタルできます。

含まれているもの：WIFI、クリーニング、品揃え豊富なキッチン、紙製品、すべての寝具+バス+ビーチタオルを含むすべてのリ���ン。 到着すると、サクサクした新鮮なリネンでベッドが作られ、ふわふわのタオル一式が利用できます。 ビーチバイク、クーラー、ビーチカート、ビーチアクセサリーもお楽しみいただけます。

Very convenient location, everything functioned as should.We actually never talked with anyone cause we had no issues and everything was self explanatory. Check in and check out were very easyHaving the extra beach stuff was also very nice and handy, the wagon, chairs, umbrella, etc

Property suited us very well. We were pickin up our daughter from UNCW. Close to campus also very close to the beach.

Lovely home just steps from the beach

We loved that it was a short 13 block walk into the “town” area. We were far enough away that the Friday night college kids coming in to their weekend party didn’t disturb us at all. We used the outdoor wash station daily for our feet after swimming in the ocean. My son and sister loved using the bike in the mornings and late evenings just to ride up and down our little street. The unit was clean and cozy. We thought the bed was quite firm, but slept great. I appreciated the extra pillows as my son crashed on the couch night 2/3, but there were no extra pillow cases for them. I enjoyed sitting on the little balcony every morning with my coffee. Would absolutely look to book this unit again.

As advertised, good location to the beach

The unit was as advertised. It was clean, had almost everything we needed, and was pet friendly. We would book here again. There was everything to make coffee except coffee itself, so remember to bring that.

Overall, we had an excellent visit and enjoyed our stay. I did reach out last week and inquire about an article of clothing I left behind, but have not heard if it was found or not. I will gladly pay the postage to return it to me. Thank you.

Best location, extremely clean

My mom, 2 daughters, 2 dogs and I stayed at this property for Labor Day weekend 2022. The location is amazing, easy to get to coming in from out of town, short walk to beach and short walk to restaurants. I was a little nervous about the cleanliness since it is dog friendly but was pleasantly surprised. There was no lingering pet smell or hair on furniture or rugs. The bathrooms were nice and tidy and there were toiletries available. The bed in the first bedroom was very comfortable but the one in the 2nd bedroom was a little firm. The pull out couch was also comfortable! Would definitely stay here again! Also had excellent communication and service from the leasing group.

Is close to beach and great parking. It is also next to the main road with the traffic and social scene that come with that.

Close to the beach

Property was clean and very functional. Just a 2minute walk down the street and you’re on the beach. Beds were not very comfortable, have had back problems for 30+ years and my back was acting up all the time we were here! Nice place, close to all amenities.

Great location and amenities

Our family of 5 plus one puppy was in town for Ironman and had a great stay! The place was comfortable and I appreciated the wagon, buckets and shovels for the kids to play in the sand.

Great stay for July 4th week!

Very clean, well kept place. Very short walk to the beach! There was an issue with the lock code not working when we arrived but they were very responsive and fixed it right away.

Clean and well kept

the property was clean and well kept short walk to the beach. Very nice property and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, home needs some TLC

-Love the location -Nice outside lounging area and fenced yard -Indoor furnishings appear worn -Sofa-bed mattress needs replacing or upgrade -Shower ridiculously small (with no in shower storage for toiletries) -Due to COVID19 eating out was less of an option. Kitchen was a big disappointment. -Kitchen is in worn condition with exception of microwave Kitchen poorly stocked -no pot holders -No grill tools -Silverware and knives rusted -several pots worn and unusable, nonstick coating peeling -Kitchen faucet broken -Appliances not wiped down prior to arrival -Each guest only afforded one bath towel -Staff did not reach out to confirm our safety during Hurricane or to inquire if we needed anything during the power outage.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We especially liked the proximity to the beach, cute and updated decor, and the comfort of the beds. The place was clean and did not have any smell or trace of dogs. Our dog had a great time! Best of all: not a single roach our entire stay, which is always a concern for us! What could be improved: Kitchen knives are super dull. Outside furniture downstairs could be cleaner/in better shape/more welcoming. Chemical odors were extremely strong-caused 3-day migraine upon arrival. We appreciate the cleanliness very much, especially during COVID, but perhaps non-toxic cleaners could be an option in future for those with chemical sensitivities. We'd pay an uncharge for that since they can be more pricey.... Thanks again!

Nice Get-Away for Small Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Because of a last minute cancellation by an owner on VRBO (yes, this can happen to anyone and is a royal pain) , we turned to Sea Scape Properties to find a replacement rental with 2 weeks notice. Tracie was wonderful to work with, and made sure our requests concerning linens and towels was followed. The property was spotless and available at 3:00 pm as promised. The unit’s location was great with just a short block to the beach, and plenty of beach equipment and bikes were stored under the house. My only suggestions for improvement would be a better equipped kitchen and an enclosed outdoor shower instead of just a hose. If you have trouble with the door code initially, just give Tracie a call.
