Enjoy a large TV, pool table, basketball game, arcade games, and more—perfect for relaxation after exploring scenic trails or unwinding with modern comforts.

💧 Amenities:

Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided in all bathrooms.

Up to two dogs allowed per reservation with a $100 pet fee. Dogs must be leashed outside, not allowed on furniture, and must be crated (1 crate provided) if left unattended indoors.

WiFi: Free satellite WiFi is available, but due to our rural location, the signal may be spotty. Please come prepared to unplug. No refunds for WiFi issues.

House Rules:

No events or parties, including bachelor/bachelorette gatherings—no glitter.

Only registered guests and those listed in your reservation are permitted on the property.

No commercial photography or videography without prior approval.

No smoking, vaping, fireworks, sparklers, ATVs, hunting, or weapons allowed.

Violations may result in the forfeiture of a $300 security deposit and/or additional costs for damages.

⚠️ Hot Tub Use:

By using the hot tub, you agree to follow the posted rules, including keeping the cover on when not in use and using only provided towels.

🛠 Septic System & Trash:

Please only flush toilet paper and dispose of food scraps in the trash (no garbage disposal).

Our home is located in a quiet, wooded area, and while we have regular pest control service, occasional sightings of insects or small critters can happen. This is a normal part of being in a natural setting, and we do not offer refunds for such occurrences.

📋 Prior to Your Stay:

A signed renter agreement is required. A $300 security deposit hold will be placed and released within five days after checkout, pending no damage or rule violations.
