Super location. Good communication with owner and property manager. A steal with 3-bedroom Unit plus one Sofa bed in this location. Might be a bit crowded if to accommodate more than 4 adults. Full kitchen but is not necessary when so many cheap eats around. Washer is a plus especially you will return with inevitable sweated clothes.

Make our stay special

This 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment was exactly what we needed. We have 3 couples and 2 guests joined us for 2 nights. Unit is cleaned and not cluttering. With eight of us, we didn't feel crowded but feel very homey. It is close to many restaurants, shops and the MTR. We cooked a seafood dinner for 8 in the unit once. We all loved it, the kitchen was fully equipped. We just have to buy few ingredients to make it work. The dinning table is big enough for all of us. We had a very memorable time. We will definitely rent it again if we have 2 couples travelling with us.

Very updated and new. The location is top notch. Everything we excited to see was close by

The property was well kept and had everything we needed inside. Steve and Ada go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Even if you run in to an issue, they are understanding and do their best as fast as possible. They are a very rare group of renters. The area had plenty of good restaurants and the night market was down the block. There is also a super market within a block too. There were not many bars around and it is a busy street so lots of traffic noise. I think the place is large in terms of Hong Kong standards but not much room for storage or clothes to be put away. I would stay there again.

Great Flat in Kowloon near Yau Ma Tei MTR station

The flat was everything it was advertised! We had 4 adults and two teenagers and had a very comfortable stay. Steve is very easy to reach and answered questions I had before I booked. Ada, the manager, contacted us via What's App and helped us arrange for a limo pickup at the airport. The limo was well worth the price after traveling for over 18 hours. Ada met us at the flat and gave us the tour and instructions on how to use the appliances. She was also readily available during our stay to answer any questions we had about the flat. The flat is centrally located, near the Yau Ma Tei MTR station. If walking to the flat from the MTR station, take the D exit. The Wellcome grocery store is just outside of that exit as well. There are many places to eat, an ATM machine, and a Mannings pharmacy between the D exit and the entrance to the flat and a 7-11 on the corner. There is a lift for the even numbered floors and the odd numbered floors; unfortunately, the even numbered lift is undergoing repairs. There is a flight of stairs from the entrance to the building and the elevators (20 steps) so that might be an issue for those with mobility concerns. The kitchen is well equipped with plates, utensils, pots, pans and cooking implements. Dishsoap, laundry detergent, and fabric softener were provided for us. The washer/dryer worked well for us but the preset time for the drying cycle is much too long and your laundry will be dry long before it ends. Loved the western styled bathrooms as well. Beds were comfortable through bedrooms are small. The flat even has a supply of adapters if you have forgotten yours. The air conditioners worked great, critical given the temperature of 30C although it was October. The wifi was reliable and our kids enjoyed the PS4 and played Fifa (provided at flat) during our down time. The flat is surprisingly quiet given its location on a busy street. Getting back to the airport we used the free Airport Express Bus (K5 bus) that picks up near the Yau Ma Tei station which took us to the Kowloon station. We used the in town luggage check there in and got to explore Hong Kong a bit longer without toting our luggage. From Kowloon station it is a short 20 minute ride to the airport on the Airport Express Train. We are so happy that we stayed at this flat! Steve and Ada do a great job at making this feel like a home away from home.

A Great Home Away from Home !

This apartment provided my family & I (6 pax) with a pleasant and comfortable stay during our vacation in Hong Kong. With it's cozy ambience, we managed to have a good rest back at the apartment after a long & tiring day out especially as the apartment is well air-conditioned & had comfortable beds. The apartment is situated in a secure building with elevators. The apartment is located in Yau Ma Tei which is central to most of the major points of interests which, on the other hand was accessible by the MTR considering that the apartment is just a 200m walk to the Yau Ma Tei MTR station. We also rented an on-loan Octopus card for 150HKD. This made our travel from one point to the other very easy & convenient as we were able to use the MTR to the Ladies' Market, Temple Street Night Market, Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade, Victoria's Peak, Madame Tussauds & Hong Kong Disneyland, to name a few attractions. Besides the MTR, the Octopus card can also be used for other public transportation such as the public bus service, cab & ferry. It can also be used to purchase items at convenient / grocery stores. All you have to do is to reload the card's value when it is insufficient and don't worry while doing so because upon returning the card at the end of your visit, you'll be refunded the 50 HKD deposit & whatever remaining value is in the card. In addition, just beside the Yau Ma Tei MTR station is a Wellcome supermarket where we were able to purchase regular groceries & hence were able to prepare meals at the apartment as it's kitchen was equiped with the necessary cooking utensils. Moreover, there was a washing machine with a dryer mode which enabled us to do our laundry. The apartment is also located near major shopping malls in the Kowloon district & there were quite a number of Halal restaurants around which were easily accessible by the MTR. The apartment was also equipped with fast WiFi and this made it easier for us to browse the internet & also communicate with our family back at Malaysia via FaceTime / Whatsapp. Besides, we were also able to watch shows on Netflix as there was a PS4 & a smart TV. Overall, it was a wonderful stay & we had a great experience in Hong Kong. Steve was very responsive to our emails & Ada, the apartment caretaker was also very responsive via Whatsapp & helpful to us during our stay in times we needed her assistance. We would definitely consider staying here again if we decide to visit Hong Kong again!

Great location and super clean

Really liked to location (restaurants/shops/night markets) and a couple min walk from the Yau Ma Tei MTR station so you can get anywhere super fast/easy. Our host, Ada met us there and walked us to the apartment and showed us what was what. She was super helpful contacting me via WhatsApp before we arrived at HKG airport to make sure we met at the correct exit of the MTR station. The place had all the amenities ready and it was super clean (the most important thing for me). Each one of my two kids had their own room which was convenient. Fast/reliable WiFi was nice to have Just a couple of things to note but these are NOT issues for me: - the entrance to the building makes you wonder if you made the right choice but really, it's no big deal - there are odd and even floor elevators. The odd floor elevator is out of service (and will be for a while longer) so you have to take the elevator to an even floor and walk down. And the elevator is tiny, so if you have a lot of luggage, beware I would stay again. Tom

Perfect

Nice flat, great location, awesome amenities (washer/dryer, AC, plenty of space for 4) and incredibly easy to work with the owner/manager. The entryway and elevator situation was ... interesting. The lift that went to the "even" floors was out so we had to take the "odd" lift up an extra floor and walk down. But once you got into the flat, it was perfect.

perfect as advertised

Amy and Juliana met us at the bus stop and took us right up to our place. Very clean and looks recently renovated. Three bedrooms with queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the communal area. Sleeps six people perfectly. Eight people might be a little crowded. One minute walk from MRT. Five minute walk to Ladies market/sports market/electronics market. Great food all within a few minutes walking distance. This will be our first choice of places to stay next time we visit HongKong.
