This Flagstaff townhome boasts 3 inviting bedrooms - 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 bunk bed with two twins and a pull out queen trundle. Warm up to the cozy fireplace and grill some steaks in the comfortable backyard or just chill on the hammock! The property features 2.25 bathrooms. Guests can enjoy the tranquil and amazing surroundings while taking advantage of amenities like Hot tub, BBQ, AC, WiFi, and a fenced backyard. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember!

Located in the prestigious Sterling Pointe neighborhood in Flagstaff AZ, close to NAU, and a short 10-minute drive, or 30-minute walk to downtown Flagstaff's nightlife and restaurant scene! Arizona Snowbowl is a 35-minute drive from this home where you can enjoy ski lift rides, snowboarding, and skiing! Come back to this cozy 3 bedrooms 2.25 bath and enjoy family and friends around the BBQ and Hot tub! Want to get out of town for the day? Highway 89 and 180, as well as interstates 17 & 40, are minutes away, enjoy the Grand Canyon, Williams, and Sedona!

Beautiful and super spacious. Loved the toys and games for the kids. Super nice and clean hot tub. In a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Loved everything about our stay!

The townhouse was clean and had everything we could ask for! We enjoyed playing board games, lounging in the backyard and the hot tub. The neighborhood is great for taking walks and paths lead into the forest. We had to contact the owner once and they were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again!!

Perfect for large groups!

This was an amazing place. Rented it for a group of friends while attending a wedding. It was set up with ample bedding, towels, and space, making it perfect for our large group. It was such a blessing to eat breakfast with everyone at the large dining room table! It was also SO clean, making it feel comfortable and easing the worries of being in someone else’s space. The host was also kind and responsive with pre-trip communication.

So nice!

My husband & I brought our 7 yr old and 10 yr old up to do bucket list stuff like Grand Canyon and Bearizona. The house was so comfortable and clean! No clutter, everything was so easy to find and use. The owner was very responsive, the door lock/check in was easy, beds were comfy and everyone felt at home. Highly recommended!

Family getaway

We loved our time in Flagstaff at the VRBO. Our party had two families with four teenage kids. We also had our adult children who live in Flagstaff and their significant others join us for meals and board games! The bedrooms allowed for plenty of space when it was necessary for someone to take a break and get some alone time. We also made all of our meals at the house and enjoyed having time together around the table. The kids enjoyed sitting on the patio in the swing and the hammock reading and enjoying the amazing weather. There was some difficulty with one of the burners on the stove but I contacted Missy and she responded quickly to assist. We would love to return to this property and enjoyed our time in Flagstaff.

Great Flagstaff house

This is a great house for a family. Plenty of room to spread out. The house was clean and had good extras like plenty of towels, dishes, and TP. Kids loved the arcade game and parents really enjoyed the huge couch. Just a few minutes from downtown. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great property that was exactly what we were looking for

House was clean, well stocked, and in a great neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again and our host responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, including a potential delay due to unforeseen road closures across the entire city.
