Great Location - 1 mile to Cedar Point Amusement Park, 2.8 miles to CP Sports Force Park, 2 miles to downtown Sandusky and Jet Express ferry service to Lake Erie Islands. Nice, newly renovated 2-bedroom home on First Street (which intersects with CP Causeway Drive). Beautiful view of Cedar Point from upstairs bedroom. House includes kitchen, living room/dining room, 2 bedrooms, common room with bunk beds, parlor room w/sleeper sofa, 2 bathrooms, and back & side yards.

Sandusky trip to Cedar Point

This house is perfect if you want to go to cedar point. House is about a 3 minute drive to the park entrance. The host has thought of just about everything you could ever need. We stay at a lot of VRBO properties around the country and you can tell this owner care about the guest experience. From the provided snacks and coffee pods, to the extra fans and blankets and toiletries. He really cares about your stay and wants it to be perfect. The house has so much charm and is perfect for a family. The bunk beds are the perfect use of the stairwell landing upstairs to maximize beds and use of dead space. The front porch is lovely to sit and have your morning coffee or evening cocktail. I took a morning walk every morning to the downtown lakefront and on Saturday I even caught the farmers market in park. Such a cute house!

This was our family home. When our father passed away, we spent 2 1/2 years renovating the inside; it's our only rental. Additional outside renovations are planned in the future.

As children, my sister and brother and I spent most of our summers at Cedar Point. I have been a season pass holder my whole life and have worked at Cedar Point in several departments.

EvaDean is our LLP. Eva is our great aunt; Dean is her mother's maiden name. Eva Werner built the house in 1940.

The house is located 1 mile from Cedar Point entrance.
The upstairs bedroom windows have a view across Sandusky Bay to Cedar Point.
We are also located near downtown Sandusky with ferry access to the Islands.
