Lower level has 2 king bedrooms with their own en-suite full baths, laundry and patio off master bedroom. Relax in the cozy living space or enjoy a cup of coffee on the private balcony. Swimming pools, hot tub, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts across the street at the clubhouse. The condo was as described in the listing and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. We loved the proximity to the attractions in Branson and Table Rock Lake. It was the perfect rental for our family of four. And the fudge left for us upon arrival was delicious!

Hands down this was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Normally, I feel like cleanliness should be a “ given,” but this place was remarkably immaculate-insanely clean! The location was perfect- right across the street from the pool. Also, this was one of the MOST well appointed places we have ever stayed. More than enough trash bags; boxes of Kleenex; tide pods; they even had a first aid kit and a flashlight - as well as an umbrella! A ton of pillows, and just literally everything anyone could ever need. Since we stayed in the summer, the bedrooms being on the lower level made sleeping at night that much better - since it was even cooler than upstairs. The air conditioning system was top notch and working great - even in the sticky summer heat! I highly, highly, highly recommend this place. For “ transparency” and full honesty - especially for folks like me who are type “A” and want to know everything and scour reviews and read them ALL- I’d say the biggest ‘con’ was the parking-which was a bit steep ( not an issue for us personally- but I can see it being an issue for other folks) as well as it being first come first parked. Again, not an issue for us to walk 100 feet when parking around the corner. The other things to mention - again- nothing against this place at all- you CAN hear people above you, and the summer critters were exceptionally loud at night. I repeat- not an issue for us in the least ( I use ear plugs) but it might be an ‘ issue’ for others. Five

Weekend in Branson

This condo is very clean and nicely decorated. There are lots of little extras there too. It’s also very close to the main pool, golf course club house and casual restaurant.
