Mountain Lake Luxury Ski Chalet
Mountain Lake Chalet is a 6,258 sq. ft. luxury ski retreat on four private acres at Williamson Lake. Sleeps 10 with spacious suites, gourmet kitchen, spa, gym, and media room. Enjoy a hot tub, cold plunge, outdoor kitchen with dining and TV, and direct lake access. Just minutes from Revelstoke Mountain Resort, this chalet offers the perfect blend of adventure and tranquility. Fully serviced pricing available upon request.

GUEST RULES & PROPERTY POLICIES
To be read and acknowledged prior to arrival
By completing your booking through this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following rules and policies for the duration of your stay. These rules apply to the lead guest, all registered occupants, and any day visitors.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM, unless confirmed otherwise in advance with the property manager.
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM. A late check-out fee of $150 CAD per hour (or part thereof) will apply to departures after 10:00 AM without prior written approval.
• Please notify the property manager of your estimated arrival and departure times in advance.
OCCUPANCY
• Only the number of guests registered at the time of booking are permitted to stay overnight at the property.
• Any unregistered overnight guests will be subject to an additional occupancy fee of $500 CAD per person, per night. The owner reserves the right to refuse accommodation to unregistered individuals.
• Day visitors are welcome; however, the total number of persons on the property at any one time (including registered guests and all visitors) must not exceed 20–25 persons without the prior written consent of the property manager. This limit exists due to local bylaws, parking restrictions, insurance requirements, and neighbourhood considerations.
• No events, parties, or organized gatherings exceeding this limit are permitted. Breach of this rule may result in immediate termination of the booking and forfeiture of the damage deposit.
• No camping (tent, camper, van, or motorhome) is permitted on the property without advance written permission from the owner.
NOISE & NEIGHBOURS
• The property is located in a residential neighbourhood. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Please be mindful of noise levels when using outdoor amenities, including the deck and hot tub, especially during evening hours.
SMOKING & VAPING
• Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the property and in all outdoor areas of the property.
• Evidence of smoking or vaping inside the property will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
PETS
• Pets are not permitted at the property unless prior written approval has been obtained from the property manager before arrival.
• Service animals must be identified prior to arrival and appropriate documentation must be provided.
• An unauthorized animal fee of $750 CAD per animal, per day will apply, in addition to any cleaning or repair costs.
• Approved pets must be kept on-leash at all times within the neighbourhood. Please clean up after your pet.
CARE OF THE PROPERTY
• Please do not wear ski boots, snowboard boots, hiking boots, or other exterior footwear inside the home. Small stones and grit embedded in soles can damage hardwood floors. High heels should also be avoided inside the property.
• All sporting equipment, gear, and wet or dirty items must remain in the garage and gear/drying room.
• Guests are responsible for any excessive damage or mistreatment of the property beyond normal wear and tear.
• Please notify the property manager promptly of any accidental damage or deficiencies so they can be addressed quickly.
AMENITIES & FACILITIES
Use of all property facilities is entirely at the guest`s own risk. Guests acknowledge that amenities are unsupervised and agree to take full responsibility for their own safety and the supervision of children in their group at all times. Where applicable, based on amenities in the home:
• For homes with Hot Tub: When not in use, please keep the cover on the hot tub. The hot tub is serviced on a regular schedule; please ensure the area is accessible. Children must be supervised at all times.
• For homes with Cold Plunge / Plunge Pool: Use at your own risk. Please ensure children are supervised at all times. Keep the cover on when not in use.
• For homes with Sauna & Steam Room: Use at your own risk. Please follow posted usage guidelines.
• For home with Swimming Pool: The pool is only operational during summer months. Keep the pool cover on at all times when the pool is not in use.
• For Lakefront Accessed Homes: Guests access the lakefront at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times near the water.
SECURITY CAMERAS
• In the case there are security cameras installed, these are for the safety and security of the property. Exterior security cameras may be installed at certain locations outside the home. These cameras monitor exterior areas only — such as entryways, driveways, and parking areas. No cameras are installed inside the home or in any private guest areas. Tampering with, disabling, or covering any exterior security camera is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of the damage deposit. Exterior cameras may be used to verify arrival/departure times, number of persons on the property, and compliance with parking, occupancy, and property rules.
RECYCLING & WASTE
• Revelstoke has specific recycling requirements. Your property manager will provide guidance on bin locations and sorting at check-in or in the property welcome guide. Please follow these guidelines throughout your stay.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
• All wellness, hospitality, and in-residence services (massage, Chef / catering, activities, etc.) must be arranged through Revelstoke Select Vacation Properties Inc. or their approved providers. Engagement of unapproved third-party service providers inside the property is strictly prohibited.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
• Use of illegal substances on the property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund, and may be reported to local authorities.
GUEST ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By completing your booking, you confirm that:
• You have read and understood all rules and policies set out in this document.
• You accept full responsibility for your own conduct and that of all guests in your party, including day visitors.
• You understand that breaches of these rules may result in termination of the booking, removal from the property, and/or forfeiture of the damage deposit.
• These rules are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
