We had an amazing time for our first visit to Moab and this property was perfectly located in the center of town and close to restaurants and stores. We slept great after hiking long days in the National Parks. The property was quiet and spacious and we loved having a washer and dryer to clean up after each day. Tyler was fantastic with communication both before and during our stay.We highly recommend this property and we hope to visit again soon!

Location was fabulous - walked to restaurants and shopping. Communication with hosts was timely and courteous. Loved the backyard for coffee in the morning!

Great location and condo! 1 block from Main Street where there were great places to eat etc. easy drive to The Arches and all surrounding activities. Host were very easy to work with. Would rent again.

The hosts had great communication and the unit was exactly as expected. Bonus points for a quiet and walkable location downtown as well.

Amazing place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit as well as having an outdoor shared space in the back. It’s in a great location, right in downtown Moab. Would definitely book again!

The unit was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy. For a winter stay, the heat worked well. It’s a great location, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Parking was easy. There is so much to do in Moab, we will definitely be back!

We've stayed at this property many times, and will keep coming back. It's spacious, well furnished (especially the kitchen), comfortable, and so very quiet despite being in the heart of downtown Moab. Recent investments in furnishings (smart TVs) and AC improved our experience. We had glitch in billing info and a gap in communication in the weeks leading up to our stay, but it turned out the issue was with VRBO, not the property manager; once we were able to reach the manager, they got everything squared away immediately, which we appreciated greatly. We can't wait to return!
