Book this unique home offering spacious indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy - making it the perfect getaway for families, friends and a great place for larger groups . There is direct access to ATV and snowmobile trails; in addition there is access to the Ice Age Hiking Trail only a block away.
It is a short walking distance to Birchwood's local businesses, shops and restaurants . One block away is a city provided, modern playground, with pickleball /tennis courts and skate board park.

Very nice location in Birchwood Wisconsin close to good restaurants and on the ATV trails. Four old guys enjoyed our trip and will try to rent this property again with our wives.

We enjoyed our stay at The Porch. It had everything we needed and great to have a gas grill added this year. The host Jackie was readily available to us for any questions we had getting back to us quickly. We would definitely recommend The Porch to everyone and we would rent it again. It was so close to downtown Birchwood was good too.

Such a beautiful transformation of one our all time favorite Birchwood stores. Wonderful floor plan and decor. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are huge so everyone has plenty of room. Very nice outdoor spaces with the porch, fire pit and ample parking. It was so convenient to be located on an ATV Route—we could hop right on and go whichever way we wanted. And we could walk to any place we wanted to go on Main Street. Chechout was a breeze. Very relaxing stay!

A like new place that is nicely furnished. Everything is provided and information was very clear and well communicated. Excellent location just to block from downtown businesses. Many places say they have trailer parking but this place really delivers with a lot of parking and a drive-thru driveway.

The home was very welcoming as well as very clean. There was one misunderstanding we thought there was laundry meaning a washer and dryer on the premises, but there was not one for the tenants to use. Also, it would’ve been nice to have a dining room table to sit around to have our meals together. Other than that, the bedrooms for very nice as well as the bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay, and the town we stayed in was very nice.

My husband and I are from Saint Paul, MN and have been coming to the Birchwood area since 2001. We have been in long term rental ownership and management for decades, but I really enjoy the short term rental world the most. It is gratifying to know that we are providing a unique, clean and spacious home for family and friends to gather and create lasting memories.

We love the area and have been enjoying our summers here since 2001. The small town feel and laid back atmosphere is one of the many reasons we decided to invest in and spend more time here.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our property has a history in the Village of Birchwood, as it was previously two separate ice cream and deli shops. We completely remodeled and turned it into a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home that it is today. We have been a vacation rental since the fall of 2022. We are just new to the VRBO platform.

We are located right off the ATV/snowmobile trails. Perfect for your large riding groups.

We also display art work from two local artists..........
All the watercolor paintings are by Loretta Greener of Painted Journeys.
All the stained glass is by Julie Rutherford of Rainbow Treasures. (Julie created our beautiful stained glasses "Welcome Sign.")
If you are interested in purchasing a specific item we have on display you can do this during your stay. You will find the full information about the artwork and purchase options on the information table we have under the hanging bicycle.

The hanging bicycle is a 1961 Western Flyer - restored to it's original beauty. My husband and I have had it for years and we knew it needed a place to be displayed and admired. Please just enjoy visually, and do not attempt to take it off the wall. It is very heavy and well anchored.
