高さ17フィート以上のガラスの壁が特徴のこのゲストハウスは、トラビス湖の海岸線にある木々の中にあります。 ゲストハウスはプールとホットタブのすぐそばにあるので、両方を簡単に散歩できます。 さらに、ボートのドック、カヤック、またはドックでの釣りのために水まで歩くことができます。

家には2つの応接間とダイニングエリアがあります。 新しいフローリングとペイントが新鮮な外観を与えます。 家には趣のあるガス暖炉もあるので、歩いてすぐに行くことができます。

2つのベッドルームは2階にクイーンベッドがあり、3番目のベッドルームは下の階にあり、バス、洗濯機、乾燥機があります。 階下のベッドルームにはツイン二段ベッドがあり、ツインの下にフルベッドがあります。 階下のバスルームを共有するキングベッドを備えた階下の2番目のベッドルームがあります。

Awesome Place To Stay!

Stayed here with a few friends, and it was a perfect getaway. Everything was clean and functional, the decor was beautiful, and the hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend!!

A Little Piece of Heaven

Our son moved to Austin seven years ago with his Golden, Zoey. I retired from teaching after 35 years. Instead of a big party, I elected to find a pet friendly oasis on Lake Travis. We've stayed at other properties in the past, and this location exceeded what my mind and soul needed. My grandpup thoroughly enjoyed the expansive, lush green grass roam free and play-as did I. The views were amazing. Tama and Jodi were friendly and thoroughly welcomed Zoey. Kayaking on the lake in the morning was peaceful and the pool was beautiful. Overall, an outstanding experience.

Great property out of the way of city. Excellent bar/patio/grills. Fun pool and fire pit. Sleeps 6 adults in rooms plus two good sized bunk beds that could also fit adults.

Beautiful Lake Travis family vacation

Our family and new grand baby felt right at home in this beautiful, peaceful guest house in Spicewood , overlooking Lake Travis. Cooked great meals, enjoyed the wonderful pool, loved the gorgeous green lawn and oaks. Our hosts were super responsive and accommodating to our questions and requests. We will certainly be back for another visit in the future.

Lake Travis view with nice amenities

Beautiful property very nicely appointed. The yard is massive, as it is shared between the rental property (guest house) and the main house. Pool is wonderfully situated, with access to the lake as one would expect during periods of below-average lake levels. Very nice entertaining area under the guest house, perfect for outdoor cooking and some nice music. As the sleeping space is oriented between upstairs and downstairs, it’s perfect for two small families, each with their own bathroom. Property owners are friendly and diligent. Although the main house is right next door, all was quiet and there was no sense of discomfort whatsoever.

Perfect for our girls weekend.

This was a perfect place for our yearly girls weekend. Jodi and Tama where a pleasure! The patio is perfect for hanging out and grilling out! Pool is beatiful and well as all of out door area. We will definitely be returning! Thank you again Tama and Jodi for sharing you lovely place with us.

Perfect place, perfect weather

Perfect time of year to visit and it is a gorgeous home and lawn that goes on forever, right to the water! The only negative would be the bedrooms layout. The two bedrooms upstairs both have queen sized beds. The King-sized bed is downstairs but the kitchen and living areas are upstairs, so we chose to sleep in the queen, which didn't work out too well. Otherwise, it was as wonderful as possible, especially breakfast on the balcony!

Beautiful home, gorgeous pool, Lake is breathtaking

Can’t say enough about this amazing lakefront home. The guest house is so comfy! The views of the lake from the house are breathtaking, and the infinity pool/hot tub is just the cherry on top. Pool is very close to the house and the views from it, overlooking the lake and the rocky cliffs were so stunning. It’s literally the most peaceful vacation spot my family has ever taken. The house is called the guest house because it is just that. It is on the homeowners property. But don’t let that be any reason not to rent this home. Homeowners are such amazing hosts. They are a phone call away and happy to answer any questions. We brought a play pin for the baby but really wanted to borrow an extra to have down on the boat dock where we spent a lot of our time. Tama was quick to loan us one which came in so handy. The boat dock is covered so you don’t have to worry about not having shade during those hot summer days. It was 104 degrees during our entire stay, so the shade was a huge plus. Evidently the water was “low” but it didn’t feel like it. We swam and kayaked off the boat dock and spent hours in the water. The walk to the lake really isn’t bad at all and we’re not the most physically fit group of people, lol. Outdoor kitchen and patio was so useful too. It’s fully furnished with fridge, freezer, ice maker, two charcoal pits, sinks with reverse osmosis systems, dishes, utensils, etc…. I can’t say enough about this place. We will most certainly be back!

Excellent host

Gorgeous guest house and property. Lake is quite low so access to dock was difficult. That’s ok, we had a great pool and hot tub to enjoy. We experienced an unforeseen problem when we arrived and Jodi tended to it immediately and the rest of the stay was perfect. Would love to return.

Girls trip getaway

We rented this property to celebrate my sisters wedding and her bachelorette party! My sisters vision came to life with this property. It was absolutely beautiful and the amenities were amazing! Everything was so clean and Tama was super helpful and let us use some folding tables for a fancy dinner we put together outside. We would gladly come back!!

Very fun property. Right on Lake Travis, clean pool, huge fire pit, dock, water toys, patio with speakers/grill/smoker/wet bar/marg machine. Awesome owner, Tama. We had a great time, my liver hates me.

Hugh lot with fire pit.

Everyone had a great time, dogs and humans. Beautiful rental property with pool and a fire pit. We spent several nights right against the water where an amazing fire pit was. Lots or reminiscing of great adventures from years past.

Lake Travis

Beautiful location on Lake Travis. Very nice hosts and very comfortable sleeping. The location was way out there but once we arrived to the house each night we were so glad for the peace and quiet, the pool and hot tub, and the beautiful views.

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy what's best in life

Where to start? The guest house is perfectly situated in beautiful oak trees with floor to ceiling windows that look out onto the large yard, pool, firepits and lake. The house itself is stylish and comfortable with a lot of hang out space. There is a covered grill area with a dining table and flat screen TV. The pool is terrific and the lake is just steps away. It was very easy to relax and connect with family. The owners are lovely people and it's clear they want their guests to have a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

Lake Travis getaway

Great setting, great view of Lake Travis and stupendous pool. Really lovely sunset views from the house deck and outdoor spaces. Very little in the way of guest instruction I.e. WiFi password, keypad access, tv use/remote access etc. on-site however owner was fairly responsive via text.

The Perfect setting for a Family Reunion

We stayed here for a mini-family reunion, bringing folks in from California and Florida for the first since pre-Covid and the property was perfect. The house sits high in some oak tress with a great view of the lake. The pool made for a great escape from the Texas heat. Some of the check-in details on the listing were outdated but Tama was super communicative and gave us a walk through over the phone when we got there. Any question we had, she responded within minutes.
