Father’s Day weekend

The property was good However although it said it sleeps 16 there was sit enough blankets On the other hand a very big thanks for the customer service when we texted for the propane the response was immediate.

Items observed during our stay:1.Hot water outages – The hot water heater failed on two separate occasions.2.Hot tub condition at arrival – The hot tub was only half full and not usable at check-in.3.Murphy bed – The Murphy bed was not functional, affecting sleeping arrangements.4.Drive time to Tremblant – Actual travel time was materially longer than advertised on the listing.5.Amenity disclosures – We were notified the night before arrival that the tanning bed and air hockey table were broken. In addition, it was not disclosed that the Pop-A-Shot basketball game was broken and that the pool table was effectively unusable due to uneven flooring beneath it.6.Cleanliness – The home did not meet expected cleanliness standards, including:•Dead insects throughout the house•Dirty vent registers•Mousetraps left out in open areas, including bedrooms•Bedding with visible burn marks and holes7.Exterior conditions – Exterior ashtrays were full of cigarette butts upon arrival.8.Snow removal – The property had not been shoveled, and a snow wall blocked the walkway between the front door9.Interior maintenance – Broken floor tiles and multiple electrical outlets hanging out of the walls.10.Railings – Interior and exterior railings were loose/dislodged, with exposed nails and limited structural support.

En ce qui concerne les chambres, la grande chambre du haut avec le grand lit devrait plutot accueillir les 4 lits Doubles car a l'inverse la chambre de 8 est minuscule et n'a pas assez de rangement.C'était cool de pouvoir ramener le chien il a autant apprécier que nous.Nous étions entre amis, cest dommage que la grande table n'accueil pas les 16 personnes, il n' y a que 5 chaise pour la table cest triste, aussi il n'y a pas assez de vaisselles (assiettes, verres, couteau, fourchettes) ca aurait été cool que nous puissions manger tous en meme temps autour de la table.il y avait que 4 sac poubelle, un seul rouleau d'essuis tout et 4 PQ j'ai du aller en acheter ainsi que des gobelet et de la vaisselle en plastique c'est dommage.en ce qui concerne l'hote, il répond plutot rapidement, nous avons eut du mal a faire chauffer le jacuzzi mais j'ai été très bien guider et ca a marcher, aussi le ballon d'eau chaude était HS seul 9 sur 16 avait pris sa douche mais encore une fois j'ai été guider et le probleme a été régler.J'en ai profiter pour signaler qu'a notre arrivé les 2 poubelle exterieur etaient deja pleine donc on a du poser nos sac de dechet a terre a coter des poubellessur la proriété tout autour nous avons pu apercevoir des cadavre de canette vide ainsi que des gobelet red cup et des déchet comme une brosse a dent dans l'herbe a coter du Jacuzzi.pour 16 personne d'autres embarcation en plus des 2 canoé aurait été sympa pour pouvoir aller a plusieur sur le lac.
