Great location, property fit all our needs. If I had to say one negative thing would be to upgrade master bed to a king size. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect spot!

We loved Blue Surf 04! Easy walk to beach, pool was a hit with the littles! Will definitely come back! NDRP did a great job communicating all needs ! 2nd floor balcony was awesome for relaxing, but was a little nervous with the crazy 2 year old trying to slide through the slits. Would stay again!

Week with family.

Love the location, so close to the beach! Only had one hiccup with the a/c, but it was resolved really quickly. Parking was a little too tight for our liking. Its difficult to park a large truck it the spaces provided. It also would have been good to know we could rent a golf cart because there was no extra parking.

They thought everything out for us

So many small things we didn't think of bringing or having and the property personal had it. Like extra towels, rags, laundry detergent ect. And especially coffee(for us drinkers). Everything was well placed for easy access(cups, plates,silverware ect). With this being my 1st every vacation, they made it so much easy for me to enjoy everything and less worry about the house needs.

Great for a weekend getaway!

Great little spot! We always tend to stay right on the beach but the walk over was not bad at all. Definintly will stay here again.

Nice grounds, in walking distance to the beach

We enjoyed our stay, but the condo we stayed in has not been updated at all, I was expecting more in terms of modern furnishings considering it is at least at half a million dollar property, that being said, the grounds and pool area were extremely well keep and lovely, we would definitely come back to Blue Surf, but choose to stay in a different condo.

Newman-Dailey have the best staff I have ever dealt with for planning and experiencing a vacation. From the time I called to book right through to the checkout process they were marvelous. I booked over the phone and their vacation specialist helped me to arrange a location perfect for our family’s needs. After 3 decades of vacation planning I will not be using anyone else. A big thanks to Ryan, who assisted us with some extra needs. Destin is one of the most beautiful beaches in the country and Newman-Dailey will not disappoint you with your vacation experience.

June 2018 Stay

2018 4th of July week was Awesome!! Everyone myself, my husband, my 17 year old son and his girlfriend, my daughter and my niece ALL had plenty of room and felt we had private space if we wanted it. The entrance in the bottom bedroom was great we used it the most but our room was so easy to go around to the door too. We had a cross walk to the beach very safe and super easy! I’m not much for walking far at all!!! And this was easy!!! Our chairs were always setup in about the same plays every morning , once you meet the guys that set up the beach you’ll learn the tricks and the spots you like best for you!!!! The pool was perfect for us, our teenagers were able to come to beach hangout all day and head to pool while everyone took showers or we started dinner on their grill right in front of #4 but there are many on the property. Check in was so easy! We had a few extra things in storage closet like sand toys, boogie board, we had to leave a beach chair but I’m sure that is subject to what people leave! Loved ❤
