5-minute walk) while being within walking distance to shopping and dining for your convenience.
Please note: This apartment comfortably lodges 6
adults and includes a sofa (not a sofabed) for 1 additional guest if necessary, though it is not recommended for extended stays.
This unit is NOT part of the Hotel Program, so there are no resort fees to pay. However, this also means you will not have access to hotel services such as the shuttle, beach service, or pool towel service. All interactions are conducted directly with the owner or property manager.
At the moment, we are navigating some coordination challenges with the hotel operator due to our decision to remain independent from their program. While this has no impact on your stay or the quality of the unit, it is the reason for the lower pricing currently being offered. By choosing to stay here, you acknowledge and accept these temporary circumstances as we work toward resolving the situation.
This rental is a private lease directly with the owner, and according to Florida law, no third party can interfere with your stay.
