Belvidere Mountain Vista, a 1680 square foot home hidden away in rural Belvidere, Vermont, has an unobstructed view of wide marshlands and Belvidere Mountain. Extremely secluded, stay home to relax or hit the road to adventure at world class ski resorts at Smugglers Notch, Stowe, & Jay Peak minutes away by car. A mile walk from the Long Trail trailhead for hikers, and bicyclers are nearby Vermont highway routes perfect for touring.
An open floor plan includes a modern kitchen, bar, dining room and living room with a flip-switch gas fireplace. Enjoy fiber internet and a smart TV for streaming or gaming. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths accommodate six adults comfortably. There is a laundry room with full size appliances. The main bathroom, private to bedroom 1, has a walk-in shower and dual sinks. A shared bathroom has a bathtub, shower and is located across the hall across from bedrooms 2 and 3.
More than enough parking is available next to the house with plenty of room for kids to play outside. A grill and fire pit are available to set up for picnicking in season. Storage locations for bicycles, skis and other gear are on two porches or in a detached garage close by.
