Hi Patricia, Thank you for your feedback on your stay. I think it's a shame that you would give 2 stars based solely on the beds that you thought were uncomfortable. I was in constant communication with you from the very first day you inquired about my condo. I know that the level of accommodations I offer could not be better. The condo is immaculate and very clean- exactly as pictures show, the location is great and I always made myself available to you the many, many times that you reached out to me. I'm sorry that the beds were that bad for you. In my 10+ years of renting, I never had one complaint about the beds and I always heard how comfortable & cozy the condo was. I am partial to everything about the location and the views, so it always means a lot when someone appreciates those things as well. Hi Mary, When you chose to rent my condo, there was rules & regulations that go along with my rental. I have them posted publicly on this VRBO website and every renter agrees to the rules I choose to have and I even reached out to VRBO to confirm that my rental agreement and rules & regulations are clearly read before agreeing to rent, and you did agree to it. You're review i'm sure is mostly based on the fact that you chose to not obey to the regulations I have. I clearly state that only registered renters are permitted on the property and pool area. Yes my condo is designed for 4 people to stay comfortably, so when you registered only 2, and chose to have your sister and her husband come with huge luggage as if they were staying for the week, that is breaking the contract and I could have asked you to leave. If you would have registered all of you, things would have been different and there would have been no issue. For insurance reasons, I don't ever want to leave myself open to liabilities, and you could have caused me one by not following the rules Mary. My family and I have been condo owners at this property for over 32 years and you were the first guest that ever gave us an issue and totally disregarded anything I said. I have had over 42 renters and you were the first that left as "unhappy" as you did. I keep my condo immaculate, and all of the photos are 100% accurate and I change them often to show exactly what it looks like., You complained that the comforters were different, but I think it is normal to change the comforters often for each guest so when everyone arrives everything is spotless, and perfectly clean which I know 100% you can't deny. Besides the comforters being different, everything else is exactly as it appears. Again referring back to the agreement that you read and each renter does read, I do have a disclaimer that the condo is exactly as it appears in photos. I think it is sad that since you did not get what you wanted by having "extra guests" stay without notice that you would choose to write such an awful review. Most of my renters have been coming back for years and are always pleased and I have maintained great relationships with them. I hope you continue to search for a place as spotless and as promised for the same price next time you visit. Sincerely, Jennifer
