Welcome to CHAMPER Chalet, your perfect getaway nestled in the heart of Big Bear Lake! Located a seven minute jaunt from the slopes, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers the ultimate blend of adventure, relaxation, and modern amenities for everyone.

Step into a warm and inviting mountain haven, where rustic charm meets contemporary convenience. Relax in the spacious living room, take in the views from the hot tub, and play shuffle board and Pac-Man around a cozy wood fireplace.

The Space:
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms:
- Bedroom # 1 - King Bed
- Bedroom # 2 - Queen Bed
- Bedroom # 3 - Queen Bed & 1 Twin Pull Out
- Fully stocked kitchen complete with dishes, cook-ware, glassware, and utensils. Full-size refrigerator/freezer, gas-burning stove/oven, microwave, Keurig (coffee pods included), and toaster. Dining Room table with seating for 6.

Bedroom 1
Bedroom 1 is located upstairs to the right and includes a comfortable memory foam king size bed, 43" TCL Smart TV, walk in closet with luggage rack, work space, and balcony.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located upstairs and includes a comfortable memory foam queen size bed, 43" TCL Smart TV, dresser and luggage rack, USB/USB-C charging ports located on either side of the bed.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is located downstairs and includes a comfortable memory foam queen size bed, twin pull out, 43" TCL Smart TV, and walk in closet with luggage rack.

Bathroom 1
Located downstairs with standing shower and heated Alpha Bidet.

Bathroom 2
Located upstairs with shower/tub and heated Alpha Bidet.

Living Room
The living room features vaulted wood beam ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, shuffle board, Pac-Man, board games, and 50" TCL Google Play Smart TV.

Kitchen/Dining Area
Fully stocked kitchen complete with dishes, cook-ware, glassware, and utensils. Full-size refrigerator/freezer, gas-burning stove/oven, microwave, Keurig (coffee pods included), and toaster. Dining Room table with seating for 6. Washer and dryer in closet.

Guest access
The entire home is yours to enjoy. A key-less entry located on the front door will enable easy entry and exit on your own schedule.

Other things to note
The home will be thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for your arrival.

General Housekeeping

- Before leaving, please place dishes in dishwasher and turn on.

- Pets are not permitted

- There is absolutely no smoking in the home

Refund Policy:
- There will be no refunds extended, outside of the specified time frame. If there is a way up and down the mountain, there will be no refunds given.
- Big Bear is located in a mountainous region, and on occasions in the winter season, we do experience power outages. This does not occur often, but due to the rural location of the home, we do experience outages more often than the city. We will not be refunding guests when power outages occur as the power tends to come back on shortly - of course, not every situation is the same, and we will review on a case by case basis

Good Neighbor Regulations:
- We have a strict no-party policy. Quiet hours start at 10pm each night, so please ensure to comply. This is a city regulation. It's important to be respectful of our neighbors as Big Bear is a residential community. We appreciate your cooperation. Please note, if complaints are received, you are subject to being evicted/fined without refund.
- Do not exceed max occupancy of 6 guests or 2 vehicles. This is also a city regulation and subject to a fine without warning.

Security:
- There is a Ring camera in the front, back, side yard, and deck. We do not have any additional cameras on the property or inside the home. It is illegal for us to do so. We use the Ring camera to do an initial head count and to ensure your security both during your stay as well as during vacancies.
- Please remember to lock the home when you leave. Please double check both doors to be sure they are locked when leaving the home for any reason.

Snow and Inclement Weather:
- The snow in Big bear Lake is one of the best things about the area in the winter. It is beautiful up here! However, there are some things to keep in mind when traveling to Big Bear Lake in the winter. Please read the below to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable visit.
- When it snows, we will do our best to try and have the parking and walkway areas plowed/shoveled as promptly as possible. However, there may be instances where you may find your car stuck in the snow if we receive heavy snowfall. A snow shovel will be provided at the home for your convenience.
- Delivery services such as Door Dash, Instacart, and other restaurant/grocery-based deliveries are not reliable when it snows. Please come prepared by packing your own food/drinks when traveling to Big Bear during the winter months. The weather and snowstorms can be very unpredictable. We don't want you to be stuck without the food and beverages you'll need for a pleasant stay!

The Altitude:
-Big Bear Lake is located at 7000+ feet above sea level. The air is thinner in the mountains, so please stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, to help adjust to the altitude.
