This is an exceptional property. The apartment itself is beautiful, perfectly appointed and comfortable. The attention to detail and function and aesthetics makes for a space that is truly relaxing. The adjacent porch for private seating is a fantastic place to read or meditate or just to sit and do nothing. In addition, there is an outdoor picnic area that has a view of the San Gabriel Mountains, which are truly breathtaking and create and ambience of being secluded in nature while simultaneously being situated in the lovely and interesting Silverlake community. Could not recommend this place highly enough for a single person or a couple wanting to have a truly restful getaway.

Just minutes from Los Feliz, Hollywood and Downtown, Silver Lake combines accessibility with charm, making it the perfect spot to experience the best of Los Angeles while enjoying a quiet, stylish escape.

The property is on a hillside street, with 11 stairs leading up to the first-level landing, where you'll find the entrance to our Silver Lake Garden Apartment. Being perched above street level enhances the sense of privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.

The front door is situated across from the deck, a lovely shared space to enjoy the sunshine or have a picnic, and the private patio is your own tranquil spot, complete with charming café lights for an extra touch of magic after the sun sets.

*Please note that this space is best suited for those who are comfortable with stairs.
