Relax in this tranquil space and make yourself at home on the comfortable furnishings and with the full kitchen. There’s a paved driveway for off the street parking and a covered carport. The house is conveniently located to all major venues and colleges in Greensboro.

Remove linen from all beds used before leaving. Place used bed linen and bath linen in white laundry basket in the kitchen .

Remove all trash from house. Place bagged trash in large green bin in carport. If checking out Friday thru Sunday, place bin at end of the driveway.

Clean and convenient

The house was very clean. Location was excellent for our needs - attending our son's college graduation in the area. Having 3 bedrooms was convenient and a crucial reason we chose this VRBO to be able to have comfortable sleeping arrangements for our 5 family members. The owner responded well before making the initial reservation and throughout our stay with answers to any questions. There was a delay with receiving check-in directions, but the owner remedied the inconvenience as best she could. Overall, the home was exactly as shown in the photos minus the washer/dryer which the owner told us was being replaced due to inefficiency. We would look into renting this home again if we are in the area.

House fit our needs

We had a fine stay in this retro home. The 3 beds worked for our family needs. Short drives to good coffee and a decent grocery store. It’s on a Main Street right next to the campus and we were there as students were finishing school and partying late. Wish I had brought my ear plugs. It was clean and affordable.
