Welcome to 234 Martin Luther King Jr Drive, a luxurious townhome located in the heart of Greensboro - within walking distance to Greensboro's most desired attractions! The townhome is a short walk away from Dames Chicken and Waffles, as well as Natty Greens and various other fabulous restaurants and breweries and pastry shops. Less than a mile from the townhome is the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing arts as well as James Beard Award winning restaurant Machete. This spacious and modern property features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it the perfect fit for families, groups of friends, or couples looking for a comfortable and stylish home away from home.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a beautifully designed open concept living space, complete with a large and inviting living room and a stunning, modern kitchen. The kitchen features high-end appliances such as a Sub-Zero Fridge and Aga gas range, sleek countertops, and ample storage space, making it the perfect spot to whip up a delicious meal or gather with loved ones. Upstairs you'll find a large and luxurious master bedroom, complete with a comfortable king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and plenty of closet space. Another bedroom is located upstairs as well, providing additional space for guests or family members. A third bedroom is located downstairs, providing privacy and convenience for those who prefer to stay on the main level. All of the bedrooms feature Cozy Earth sheets! Check out time is 11am, and check in is at 4pm, please message me if you need accommodations for this time. Due to the size of the home it takes our cleaning crew 2-3 hours to clean and sanitize the property so it is ready for the next guest. I appreciate your understanding, Thank you!

Great location to downtown, house was perfect! The host was great, checked in to make sure everything was perfect, was responsive and hugely helpful with a great book on restaurants/ activities in the area. The house was sparkling clean and well furnished. You can't go wrong!!

Beautiful townhouse in very walkable spot

Check-in was smooth via code entry. The property was clean spacious and well styled. Right next to Elm Street with walking access to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It's also right next to the train station so you will hear the occasional train coming through.

Beautiful property, extremely clean and well maintained! Only downside was the proximity to train tracks and train traffic (when drive by property the horn is loud and frequent). If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring a sound machine or ear plugs. Otherwise a wonderful, comfortable property!
