Great Location...other small issues

Great Location and some wonderful updates to property. Hard to figure out how to check in as the listing said "contact owner". Had wireless internet issues that were quickly resolved by the owner with good communication. The house had some nice updates but screen door to front of house was busted and the hinge was loose and easy to run into and get injured. Rat traps throughout the house didn't exactly give you a wonderful feeling. No sheets on the bed as it was just a comforter. Movie projector said "lamp life exceeded on the screen" and it took time to figure out how to cancel the message. Kitchen was not very well equipped. Pollen everywhere (I get it that it was spring but so easy to track into the house upon arrival.

Great space and location

Great space and location for a golf outing. The pool table and extra large screen is perfect after a round of golf. We would recommend to any foursome enjoying a stay at Pinehurst!

Great home and details in advance of the trip from Ruby (owner) made our golf vacation even better. Central to amazing golf and amenities. Comfortable living and sleeping space. A vacation spot we would certainly return to!

Perfect for buddies trip!

We loved staying at Ruby's place. The house is perfectly set up for our annual buddies golf trip. Lots of space to spread out (clubs, clothes, etc.), HUGE TV for watching the game, outdoor space to enjoy the amazing weather and updated amenities throughout. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

A very nice golf vacation

A nice location on the fairway of Pinehurst #3 (I think) course. A very well managed property with a lot of space and amenities. An ideal location for family or buddies get together. No surprises and I enjoyed my trip fully.

Modern twist to a traditional community!

The location of this property was ideal, close to everywhere we wanted to go. Beautiful community and great view of the golf courses. The house served our needs well, and the owner quickly responded to questions.

Fantastic home right on the course

Home was perfect for us! Movie projector, pool table and screened in porch overlooking #3 got a lot of use! Very quiet cul-de-sac. Owner was phenomenal with getting tee times on various courses, made our stay that much more memorable!

Happy to be here

This property is located within distance of everything you would hope to do in Pinehurst. Nice accommodations. TV's everywhere - easy to operate thanks to printed instructions in home. Beautiful home and great sleeping beds! Enjoyed playing pool as well. Thanks for letting us visit!

Great house in Pinehurst, very clean great owner

My family stayed at this Pinehurst home for the US Kids Teen world tournament. It is extremely clean, well stocked, with beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. My kids loved the giant projection screen TV and the pool table. The location was perfect for us as it was very close to the Pinehurst resort and downtown area. The owner was easy to work with and extremely responsive and helpful with our stay. Highly recommend!

We'll be coming back

Nice home in quiet neighborhood with great modern updates. Convenient to so many courses and grocery store nearby. We played three different golf courses on three different days, all within a 15 minute drive. We'll be back for sure.

Pinehurst getaway

Ruby was wonderful to work with. Very helpful arranging tee times and quick to respond to requests. House is conveniently located and in a very nice and quiet area. Could use a few light bulbs and a few other details to make it to 5 stars.

Great house!

Clean, well appointed and a great location right on the 12th tee box of Pinehurst #3. The weather was not cooperative for golf this trip, but the house was so nice it didn’t matter. The pool table and huge TV were fun diversions while we waited for the rain to clear. Beds were super comfy. We will definitely come back.
