We stayed here for four nights. First off, there is no host. There is a rental management company. Upon our arrival we were to call the agent. We tried several times, no answer. Then we had the concierge call. He said he got her but we spent half an hour waiting around the lobby for her to show up. She took us to our room and showed us the pool and where her office was. Open 24/7. She then told us housekeeping would show up in the afternoons unless we told them no. Four days, no sight of any housekeeping. I didn’t expect them to be in changing beds every day but we eventually had to go to the office and ask for fresh towels (which took hours to arrive) and toilet paper for heaven’s sake. So sorry, no housekeeping included. The place is not very clean and is falling apart. The couch in the living room is filthy. The apartment is a decent size; the shower is lovely but unfortunately leaks all over the bathroom floor. The plumbing fixtures are falling out of the walls. There is good hot water everywhere except there is none in the bathroom sink. The light in the bathroom was burned out the whole time we were there. The tv has very few channels, not that we needed it, but if it is important, be aware. Wifi is good and the location is good for Jalan Alor. Whoever owns this place should get a new management company or take care of some of these things himself.
