Get ready to relax in this newer 2-bedroom cottage in Monticello. This charming property features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, perfect for a small group of guests. With amenities like a propane fireplace, heat, AC and ceiling fans, you can find your perfect temperature. Enjoy grilling on our wrap around deck and nature out of our large windows throughout the home. The kitchen is large with all the modern appliances. Fully stocked with everything you need. Just bring your food and drinks! Our beds are super comfortable, and we provide all the linens. Our Master Bath has a walk-in handicap shower with a double vanity. Our guest bath has a bath/shower. We provide all the towels, soaps, hairdryer, etc. We have a laundry room for your convenience. There are 2 Kayaks and a paddle boat for your use. There is also a fire pit outside. We provide firewood for a donation. Conroy Lake has a beautiful bird sanctuary with lots of hiking trails nearby. Research Aroostook County and see what we have to offer. Come and experience Maine, The Way Life Should Be.

Welcome to Conroy Lake in Monticello! I have resided at the lake for 21 years. In 2006 I began hosting families. Over the years I have met so many wonderful people! I absolutely love seeing families enjoy their time in Maine. My goal is to make sure you have everything you need for a relaxing stay.

I can't describe how nice it is to live in nature at the end of a dead-end road. Waking up and having coffee listening to the loons sign is positively the best! The beauty of the lake is breathtaking. Having a fire and listening to the frogs and other birds brings you right into nature! Peace at its best!

Our Cottage is quaint with local artists touches. Our big windows bring the outside in. We are just steps from the lake. We built this place in 2020 so it is newer, and the amenities are top notch. We provide just about everything you need for your stay!
