The property is located within a mile from the Medical Center.

The property is 5-10 minutes away from multiple Houston hotspots such as the Houston Zoo, Hermann Park, NRG Stadium, and the Astrodome. Roughly 10-15 minutes from the Galleria, Downtown, Mid-town, Montrose, and Rice Village.

The nearest airport (William P. Hobby Airport) is about 11 miles away (about 25-30 minutes)
