I do want to clarify that during your stay, there was an unauthorized gathering by another guest, which is strictly against our house rules. As soon as we became aware of it, we took immediate action and required that guest to leave the property. We sincerely apologize for the disturbance this caused, as it does not reflect the standard experience we provide. Regarding cleanliness, we take this very seriously and have not had prior reports of the issues mentioned. That said, we’ve followed up with our cleaning team to ensure everything continues to meet our standards. Additionally, each guest receives a unique, updated door code shortly before arrival to ensure security. Nonetheless, I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I also regret the delay in sharing the Wi-Fi information and understand how inconvenient this must have been. To improve communication, I now provide a QR code with the most current password information for guests’ convenience. Parking in the area can be challenging during late or after-hours check-ins. For prospective guests reading this response, please feel free to reach out with any questions about the neighborhood. Parking is particularly difficult in large cities during holidays and major events, but with proper planning, these challenges can be minimized.
