Just like when you rent a hotel room, you are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft incurred while renting the unit. Any damage (which is not considered normal wear and tear), loss or theft caused by you, the renter, may be charged to your credit card. You agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the resort during your stay.
The renter agrees to pay for all incidental charges imposed by the resort, including: telephone, food, beverage or any other room charges as well as any other resort fees for services or the use of facilities.
