Waterfront Home on Beautiful Norris Lake with No steps to Lake

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath lake front home is positioned on a main channel on the southern shore of Norris Lake, providing amazing views and incredible sunsets. There is a gentle slope to the lake to your private large dock for swimming, fishing and docking your boat. It is a 5 min boat ride to Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina where you can rent pontoon boats and ski boats for the day or for the week.

The home has 2 very large decks for entertaining, or just relaxing and enjoying the view. There's a sunny deck with dining and lounge seating with a fire pit and a second shaded deck below. It is elaborately detailed and decorated - very unique for a rental offering. It provides lake views from all 3 bedrooms, 2 family rooms, the dining room, and the kitchen area. Norris Lake is 125 miles long, with ~850 miles of shoreline. It would take you weeks on the water to explore the many inlets and creeks that allow for amazing watersports, like tubing, skiing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. The home also includes the use of our 3 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and Lilly pad for your water activities.

The home has a spacious kitchen equipped with a standard coffee maker & a Keurig, dishwasher, 1 fridge upstairs, 1 fridge downstairs, deep freeze, stove, microwave. It is also equiped with Fiber Optics for Internet! You may use your own streaming services.

There is a propane gas fireplace in the downstairs living room. The upstairs fireplace is non-operational.

Please note the drive way is steep and narrow which can make pulling a trailer a bit tricky but guests can launch and leave the trailer at Beach Island Marina or one of the public launches near by.

Guests should be aware that the forest is home to many creatures great and small that may roam the property. Some of the tiny ones may get into the house from time to time although we have regular pest control and have sealed the home as best we can. NO REFUNDS will be granted for these tiny creatures, i.e. wasp, spider, mouse, etc. You will often enjoy watching the deer in the woods behind our home. We find this is a lovely benefit to our home in the woods on this beautiful lake property.
