Experience luxury & comfort in this exquisite 3 bedroom bungalow, nestled in a serene neighborhood. This beautiful home offers the perfect blend of elegance and relaxation, making it an ideal retreat for families, friends & professionals alike. Only minutes from uptown, spectrum center, Bank of America stadium, CLT airport, major shopping & restaurants. Home features an elegant Living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, modern appliances. Enjoy the convenience of dedicated work space, WiFi, large furnished deck to entertain/ unwind, and a washer & dryer. Experience the magic of Charlotte at our bungalow. Come enjoy “your” home away from home!
Home is a bungalow great for all including those unable to use stairs. Home is in quiet serene neighborhood on a culdesac.

Only one floor home!!! Yay!!! On the main floor your will find:

The living room is stylishly decorated and comes with leather sofa set, coffee table, smart TV, and a Bluetooth sound speaker. Home is very well decorated. Living room overlooks a beautifully furnished oversized deck!

The dining area has a table that sits 6. Table mats, plate, cuts, glasses, wine glasses etc Great space to enjoy your meals.

Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. Stove, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, rice cooker, hot water kettle, slow cooker, pots and pans, baking pans, knives, silverware, serving dishes, salt & pepper and basic spices, day one coffee, tea, are available to get you started etc. We put lots of thought into this!

Laundry area with washer dryer, & wash basket, vacuum, brooms, basic cleaning items.

Private backyard with oversized deck that’s well furnished with outdoor furniture, and grill. Serene wooded yard surrounding the deck.

Master bedroom with beautiful king bedroom set . Comfy bed, large walk in closet, hangers, and extra blankets provided; full master bathroom with starter toiletries provided and hairdryer. Work station with table and chair if needed for those traveling for work. Bedside tables and lamps. Smart TV is provided with remote for your enjoyment.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bedroom set, large closet and bedside table and lamp.

Bedroom #3 has queen bed set, large closet and bedside table and lamp.

Full bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower, hair dryer, and starter toiletries provided.

We have a baby playpen / travel crib.

Great location for our event and easy to get to the airport. Home was clean and ready and the host was very helpful and was great with communication. This was the second time we used this home/host and will definitely use again when we return, thank you!

We had an amazing time. Perfect quaint little neighborhood just mins to downtown. We went to the Zach Bryan concert and it was super easy for my husband to pick up my daughter and i afterward. We took the kids to Rays water park which was fun and inexpensive. Would def book again. The house was a true testament of southern hospitality offering all that you may need on your trip, including spices. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend.

The neighborhood and the area was lovely however the internet and other phone service gave us a run for our money. The host was able to contact the internet company and fixed the issue.

Cassy was a wonderful host! Whenever we had a question, problem or concern, she was quick to respond. The house was quiet, the immediate neighborhood quiet as well. The area surrounding the house did not seem to be in the absolute best area but we did not seem worried for our safety. The airport was close--and needed for an early airport dropoff of one of our guests. The house being all one level made it easy for my elderly mother to get around who uses a walker. The only downfall for her was the step from outdoor to the beautiful deck--it was too steep for her. We celebrated the holidays here and had plenty of room when extended and in-town family and friends stopped by to visit. We would certainly stay again here if we needed a house when visiting our family next time!
