We designed this place with small family/groups in mind. Whether you are spending the day at Lake Powell, Enjoying the Sunset at Horseshoe Bend, Off-Roading up to Lee's Ferry Overlook, Paddling or Hiking Antelope Canyon, Shopping in Downtown Page, or just walking the Dam Bridge, the location doesn’t get any more convenient than this! We have outfitted this condo for convenience and comfort. You will have everything you need to cook at home base or just relax when you get back from your adventure.
● The NEIGHBORHOOD quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
● We do not allow parties in the home. Please keep all noise levels appropriate to not disturb the neighbors.
● Pets are not allowed.
● No smoking inside; you may use the area on the East side of the property or out by the road far enough away that smoke will not get sucked in by the AC or windows.
● No illegal substances are allowed.
● No candles or other open flames in the house.
● Please make sure your shoes are clean inside the home.
● Please throw waste in the outside trash can provided when inside garbage cans are full.
● Visitors are allowed.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

Awesome Stay in Page AZ

The property was very clean, very well supplied, and centrally located. We have been to Page multiple times and this has been our favorite place to stay. The host made sure our stay was worry free. We will book this property the next time we come to Page.

Great Experience and Location

Very happy with this rental. Apartment is exactly as pictured. Owners were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and close to Antelope Canyon/Horseshoe Bend. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Page.

This was the perfect space for me. It is roomy and has everything you could want or need!

The kitchen has so many extras. The bathroom has all I needed and more. It’s great for a short stay or a long vacation. It’s quiet, cool, and has everything!

Fantastic Stay

There were so many extras added to make our stay more convenient and comfortable. Neurodivergent friendly from the various lights that can dim, or the location to where you can control how light it it, plates with dividers ( kids plates) but also perfect for individuals with sensory issues or issues with food touching. The location is perfect to access a lot of businesses and super convenient to sights such as the Horseshoe bend and more. The hosts checked in regually to make sure we had everything we needed.

INFO FOR FUTURE RENTERS

The front door was repaired poorly so wouldn't hardly open unless you put your shoulder into it. We had to walk around back to get in mostly. The smoker/grill in pic is not there and is only a gas grill so we brought ribs and just ended up bringing them back home. The microwave does not work.The coffee cups were miniature so make sure you bring a coffee cup if you want a decent cup of coffee in the morning.The pic of front does not depict a mini split or the window AC in bedroom. It made it tough for us to sleep because the window AC was right over our head and was so noisy because we like it quiet when we sleep. The mini split in living room vas very nice for the rest of the place. Other than that, the place is exactly what was advertised.

Amanda and I have been married for 21 years. We love playing with our kids, being outdoors, traveling, and meeting new people. We also love Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our kids do it too. Amanda even teaches it and our date nights now consist of chokes, arm bars, wrist locks, and hip throws.

We love hosting and now do this full time. This is our family business and we love designing and setting up new places for families and people like us to stay. We take great pride in our properties, our service, and ensuring that our guests have the most amazing experience possible during their stay!

We chose this neighborhood because it is so close and convenient to the downtown area of Page. There are many shops, restaurants, and tour companies all within walking distance that it makes this location super convenient.

All of our properties include a Breakfast Beverage Bar, Pancake mix and syrup just incase you need a quick pick me up, Large 65" TVs in the main area and several bedrooms for relaxing after a long day of fun, luxury linens, mattresses, and luxury faux fur blankets on every bed. The street this property is on is also called the street of little motels and has historical significance in Page.
