Welcome to Sanderling on the coast of Carolina! Under new ownership as of Feb 2025, this pet-friendly 2-bed/1-bath condo is just steps from the beach. Thoughtfully decorated for comfort, it’s perfect for couples, small families or remote workers with our reliable internet.

Our inviting second story condo was designed for comfort and convenience! Each bedroom features a plush queen bed with brand-new linens, plus the fluffiest towels (2025). We’ve even included Turbie Twist hair towels & beach towels to make your stay even better.
Our thoughtfully stocked kitchen stands out with quality cookware—no mismatched pots that look like they survived the war! Here you'll find Le Creuset bakeware, NutriBullet blender and a Breville espresso maker for a touch of luxury.
We’ve thought of everything to make your stay seamless, from dishes and cookware to beach chairs and pool toys—perfect for small families. Traveling with a pup? We even provide waste bags & food bowls.
Need to work remotely? We’ve got you covered with reliable internet and a dedicated desk in each bedroom.
We provide a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels. The grocery store (Food Lion) is just a short drive away for anything else you need. Come relax, unwind and enjoy your stay!

Quaint community pool shared with just 7 neighbors. Tentatively opens 5/15/25 - 10/1/25.
PARKING:
We strongly recommend bringing just one vehicle for your trip due to HOA rules and limited parking availability. While you can sometimes manage with two cars during slower seasons, only one parking spot is guaranteed.
MAXIMUM RESERVATION LENGTH IS 30 NIGHTS ONLY.
