Enchanting south facing lake property in East Harris Bay on Whiteface Reservoir.

Discover one of the best locations on Whiteface Reservoir. With nearly 400 feet of south facing shoreline, a transient boat dock adjacent to an on-property private boat landing, this is gem of a property. The center piece on the waterfront is a generous swimming dock and short-swim moored raft, all set up and framed by a waters edge deck area.

Trail lighting illuminates steps down from the main building to the waterfront deck.

Amenities inside the main building is a commercial inspired kitchen with many different appliances including electric flat-top griddle, waffle maker, microwave, toaster, blender, food processor, food chopper and more. A full variety of seasoning are kept on hand and stocked, a free-use pantry is available for things you may have forgotten to bring along such as sugar, flour, rice and more.

SLEEPING ROOMS
Main building features a king bed, a queen bedroom with a set of twin bunks, this cabin offers a cozy retreat for guests.

The other two rooms are just a short walk to a detached bunk house. These rooms offer privacy and an escape from the main building. 1 queen bunk room and 1 king bunk room. Each of these bunk room includes a lofted area that has 2 twin beds each. A center lavatory room features a maintained composting toilet for bunk house sleepers’ comfort and convenience.

Free WiFi is included on the property.

There are 2 bathrooms in the main building and are equipped with showers for your comfort. A seasonal outdoor shower is active during Late spring and summer months, June–September.

BEDDING
Each bed is made up with sheets and comforter, as well as pillows. We wash in fragrant-free, or naturally scented cleaning products only.

For couch surfers we have sheets available to lay down and make up a couch as additional sleeping spaces. Couch surfers should plan to pack in their own pillows.
