The Grand Waterside Estate is a fully private 13-acre property ideal for family reunions, multi-family vacations, retreats, and group celebrations. The home offers 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, extensive indoor-outdoor living, and resort-style amenities including a heated pool, pickleball court, game room, and private fishing pond—comfortably accommodating 20+ guests.

What an amazing property!! My group and I stayed for 3 nights and spent the most of it outside in the pool and hot tub. The house was very clean and the beds were better than most upper scale hotels. It was very easy working with Jacob. He was very responsive when we had a question about the property. Three nights wasn’t enough!! We hope to stay there again next year. Thank you Jacob for a wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great - peaceful but still close to everything we needed.Our host, Jacob, was excellent: communication was quick and clear throughout, and he was really helpful and accommodating. We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay at the Grand Waterside Estate was absolutely wonderful. The property is even more beautiful in person. It's peaceful, spacious, and perfect for a family gathering. Everything was clean and well-kept. The host was easy to reach and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway for Large Groups

I recently stayed at this amazing property with a group of 8 adults and 10 kids (ages 11-20), and we all had an unforgettable time.The home is perfect for large groups, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was large and well-stocked, which made preparing meals for the whole group easy and enjoyable. One of our favorite memories was gathering on the spacious patio, sharing stories and laughter in the fresh air.The pool area was a huge hit with both kids and adults, and the pickleball and basketball courts kept everyone active and entertained. There was so much room for games and exploring, and the beautiful grounds offered a peaceful, private setting.Each bedroom was comfortable, with cozy beds and quality linens that made for a great night’s sleep. Communication with the host was excellent—responses were quick and helpful, making the entire process smooth and easy. The privacy of the property allowed us all to truly relax and enjoy our time together.I highly recommend this property for large families or groups looking for comfort, fun, and relaxation. I left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return.

Incredible stay for our team! The house and property exceeded our expectations. We drawn in by the pictures and amount of space for breakout groups we would be running and it was perfect! Arrival had easy access and we were checked on via text. I've stayed in many VRBOs and was pleased that the cookware, knifes, and dining dishes weren't scrapes like you sometimes get. The property was clean and had plenty of options for folks to spend time. If this is available during our next retreat, we will be coming back. Thanks so much!!

The stay was amazing. Clear and easy property instructions, beautiful and large space for us to celebrate a birthday. The house had everything equipped needed to cook including a grill that was great. The pool, basketball, pickleball court were all fun to use. There is an ample amount of beds that had plenty of space for us.

Perfect escape for relaxation

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. It’s a beautiful home with plenty of amenities. My family enjoyed walks around the property, swimming, basket ball and pickle ball. The kids loved running around actually getting to enjoy the grass field out back. They got to experience life outside the city and loved every little bit of it. The host was amazing and extremely responsive. He made sure that we had everything we needed and even kept in touch with us even for the simplest needs. It’s nice to have a host that thinks of everything and is wanting to make sure he’s accommodating everything we needed.
