This stunning vacation rental is situated within the prestigious Emerald Island Resort and offers the ideal setting for a Disney getaway with family and friends. In addition to access to resort-style amenities on-site, you'll appreciate the proximity to Disney parks and attractions, within a 10-mile radius. After a day of adventure, return home to relax in the private pool and enjoy dinner on the patio with loved ones. About the property:

- Within 15-30 minutes of all theme parks, great shopping, restaurants & the Orlando Int'l Airport
- Swimming Pool/Spa: $40/day extra charge for heating and must be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, The pool's maximum temperature is between 80-90*F. Pool heating is recommended from October through March, and be aware that during winter, the water temperature may not reach its full capacity and reimbursement will not be provided.
- Grill: there is a $30 cleaning fee to use the grill
- Lounge Chairs - Covered Lanai With Outdoor Dining Table
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
P/S: Upon arrival, a photo ID may be required at the gate. The resort charges a $20 parking fee per stay, per vehicle. A gate card will be provided to facilitate easy entry and exit. This is a one-time fee, payable in cash at the gate.
