Conveniently located near some of the best attractions New Hampshire has to offer. Close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions.
Enjoy the beautiful foliage New Hampshire has to offer. Visit nearby hiking trails with wonderful mountain view’s. Beautiful scenery of the Southern New Hampshire College Campus about 4 minutes drive. An 4 minute drive to McIntyre Ski Area skiing resort, An 8 minute drive to the Derryfield country club, and an 11 minute drive to Tri-town ice arena for ice-skating and playing hockey. 4 minutes drive to downtown Manchester’s main strip with great restaurants. I’m Take a scenic, fall foliage drive to the White Mountains or down the Kancamagus Highway.
Visit the Ice Castles up North or enjoy a day of skiing at McIntyre Ski Area, Pats Peak Ski Area or Gunstock Mountain. Enjoy a day at Hampton Beach or take a trip to Portsmouth and explore the historic downtown area. Also a great location for commuters.

The host was helpful and the amenities were excellent. This home easily fit our family of 15 and 3 cars in the driveway while in town for a family wedding. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked breakfast each day. Great location with great restaurants close by and some walkable.

Soccer Tournament in Amherst NH

We had a wonderful stay. Formerly a duplex apartment in a neighborhood of mostly single family homes, the home is walking distance to sightseeing, bodegas, restaurants, and more. The rooms were clean, well cared for, and showed lots of attention to detail. Two full kitchens, bathrooms in great condition, living rooms were all comfortable. We had a great time and would love to return for next year's tournament.

Our stay was good overall. The updated kitchens and bathrooms were nice. The place is comfortable on the 2 levels that we used. The bedrooms are good too, but there is almost no closet space! We were there for a wedding so we had dressy clothes!The kitchen utensils etc were good, but we were accused of breaking a coffee pot that we DID NOT break! Also there was no wine opener.The outside is not so good. One front stair railing is very loose and therefore risky.The garage door is broken and ugly. There was trash in the yard and the backyard is an eyesore.The stairs to the levels are steep and spiraled. Some in our group did not go up.Would I stay there again? Probably, but in the future, I will ask many more questions on properties and ask for more photos!
