Booking Terms and House Rules

By booking this property, you agree to the house rules and accept responsibility for any injuries that may occur during your stay. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Our primary goal is to provide every guest with a five-star experience. All vehicles associated with vacation rentals must be parked on the access road in accordance with the Fort Lauderdale Parking Code.

Guests will have full access to the entire property.

Important Information

Parking
The access road can accommodate up to 4 cars, and one vehicle will be parked in the garage.
(No on-street or grass parking is allowed.)

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. You will receive detailed instructions for a smooth arrival. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and must be arranged in advance. For any extra time beyond 2 hours, a fixed fee of $100 per hour will be charged. Please contact us in advance if you need baggage drop-off services.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are enforced on weekdays from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. During this time, please refrain from playing loud music or causing noise in the backyard or near the pool. Keep outdoor conversations at a low volume to respect our neighbors who may be working or studying.
Since our property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, please respect local regulations. Excessive noise outside the property may result in a fine of up to $1,000 in accordance with Fort Lauderdale noise ordinances.

No Parties/Events
Please treat our home with care to ensure it remains pristine for future guests and for your return visits. The house is designed for the number of guests stated in the booking. Unauthorized visitors will be considered a violation of the house rules.
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during their stay.

No Smoking
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. If smoking is detected, a fee will be charged for odor removal and cleaning.
Smoking marijuana is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property, including both the front and back yards. If a marijuana odor is reported, we will notify the authorities.

No Drugs or Weapons
Our community has zero tolerance for the use of drugs or weapons. Any such activity will be immediately reported to the local police.
