Excellent condo excellent lication

We have stayed in this home several times and are never disappointed. Well stocked, well equipped. Has all of the amenities of home. Martin is a pleasure to work with. We will definitely return.

Great location and extremely comfortable

We enjoyed a month living in this lovely condo while house hunting in Halifax. Our family of three settled in very nicely and felt very much at home. The pool is a great bonus for those with children. There was never a time that we didn't have it all to ourselves. The building is a five-minute walk to downtown and the university, and all the city has to offer is very conveniently located in the direct vicinity.

Nous avons eu un séjour agréable. L'appartement était spacieux, propre, avec toutes les commodités et très bien situé. Excellent and central Halifax location

We found the condo rented to us by Martin to have ,firstly an excellent central location, close to our church of choice, good restaurants, fine shopping and the beautiful public gardens . The condo itself was very, very well equipped with everything one would need, even spices and baking equipment , Saran wrap, aluminum foil, Kleenex etc. We were pleasantly surprised with how well equipped it was! Also, Martin was very helpful, to replace one broken piece of equipment and also show me how to replace the printer ink. More importantly he did an excellent job of orientating us to the condo , especially showing us the easiest way to get into our parking place in the garage. He was willing to answer questions and generally helpful. The other big advantage of this location is the 24hr a day commissionaires . They were extremely helpful not just in helping us access services but generally being a source of information. My only one complaint about the condo was that it was not very warm. ( but that is not really in the owner’s control.) ( Although it did improve with the new patio door) .

Excellent property. Excellent host

Summer Gardens is located close to many of Halifax’s attractions. Shopping, tourist attractions, wonderful main library, universities, hospitals, restaurants, parks, etc are all within easy walking distance of the condo. The Halifax historic waterfront is also a short 20-25 minute walk. The condo is very well kept and equipped. Martin is very responsive and attentive to your needs and a pleasure to work with. My wife and I have stayed at this condo in the past and will happily stay there again.

Loved this beautiful condo!

The convenience, location, size and standard of Martins’s Condo was all we could have wished for. Close to downtown, highly secure, equipped with every home comfort anyone could need, and all spotlessly clean. We also loved the pool and hot tub. Great indoor parking! Well maintained property for our home-away-from-home!

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, very well maintained condo to stay at whether it be for a vacation or business, then this is the place to choose. This condo was tastefully decorated with care and attention to details. The bed was quite comfortable, there was a generous supply of bedding and towels and everything was clean. The kitchen had everything you needed if you chose to have your meals at home. Great views, great location and a great home-away-from-home condo!

Wonderful!

The condo and grounds were very nice beautifully kept! The front door security were always very kind and pleasant. The apartment was lovely and very spacious. The pool, hot tub, sauna and gym were all a great bonus. This condo is in the perfect location! So close to everything. Martin was wonderful to deal with and always answering questions promptly. If I had to go back, I would definitely try to get this place again.
