Located in a prime spot, our fabulous house is just steps away from Nimmanahaemin (Nimman), next to Maya shopping mall and the Chiang Mai University (CMU) campus. We are also close to the waterfalls and the famous Doi Suthep temple, perched on the mountain overlooking the city.
Our neighborhood is one of the liveliest in Chiang Mai, with a local market, diverse communities, cafés, restaurants, and plenty of amenities. Being in Nimman, the city’s most dynamic and touristic district, you’ll also enjoy quick and easy access to the Old City and main roads.
Our spacious and welcoming house is surrounded by tropical gardens. It features 8 comfortable bedrooms (all with air conditioning and everything you need for a pleasant stay), 2 kitchens, 6 showers, a cinema room, a pizza and barbecue corner, 2 living rooms, and several relaxing spaces. Free parking is available.

Private rooms "hostel style" stay. Community shower bathroom and showers. Had trouble getting transportation there, google atelier 36 offices and coliving or planters hostel, right next to S.N.residence. entering the property will seem like trespassing on private property. We enjoyed staying in the thai style family room upstairs. Balcony and kitchen. 24 hour lotus 3 min walk away. We used the Bolt app to get around, don't know where to get baht bus. Great place to get over our jet lag before setting off on our road trip.

Amazing host and extremely clean room with good facilities all around

My host for this property was an amazing amazing host. He showed me around the city when he had the time and as I was coming to Chang My for mainly a business reason he was able to assist me with a lot of the things that I had no information on from the Internet thank you so much Anthony and I appreciate your time and support. I will definitely be back to visit Chang Mai and stay at this location.

I chose this neighborhood because it perfectly combines tranquility and accessibility. We are only 5 minutes from Nimmanhaemin, one of the most vibrant and dynamic areas of Chiang Mai, and also just 5 minutes from the Old Town. At the same time, the property is located at the foot of Doi Suthep, the mountain famous for its temples and waterfalls, and surrounded by lush tropical gardens that create a peaceful and natural atmosphere.
Guests can easily reach all shops, restaurants, and cultural sites, while still enjoying a calm, relaxing environment — the best of both worlds.
