Nestled on 1.5 secluded acres, the cabin is surrounded by mature pines and stunning views visible through floor-to-ceiling windows on both ends of the home.

The cabin is showing it's age. Several of the doors drug when opening and closing. There were no towel hooks in any of the bathrooms. There were barn doors as access to some of the bathrooms that did not lock. Door shelves in the fridge were cracked. Some lights were out. The use of plastic mattress covers on all beds made getting in and out of bed very noisy. No lamps in some bedrooms. Light fixture above the hot tub was missing. I would call this a fair cabin that could be good with a little TLC.

We’re truly sorry to hear the cabin did not fully meet your expectations, and we sincerely appreciate you pointing out the areas that need attention. While normal wear can occur over time, we agree that items such as doors dragging, cracked refrigerator shelves, missing light fixtures, and bulbs needing replacement should be addressed promptly. We have already shared your notes with our maintenance team so these issues can be evaluated and corrected. Bathroom towel hooks and locking options for certain doors are also great suggestions, and we will be reviewing these with the property owner, as each cabin is individually owned. Your comments help us improve the guest experience, and we truly value that. Regarding the mattress protectors, these are required for hygiene and sanitation, but we understand they can sometimes create noise. We will explore quieter alternatives where possible. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable and well-maintained stay, and we appreciate your honesty in letting us know where improvements can be made. Thank you again for your feedback.
