This guest home was created to give a spa-like feel to the professional in-town for work or the traveler looking for an ideal getaway in Dallas. Natural light and comfort abound. Plush Casper/Memory Foam mattresses. Full kitchen and Dining space. Large 55" Samsung smart TV with surround sound and in-unit Washer and Dryer. Dedicated, private entrance and parking, and high-speed wifi.

12 mins Uber/Lyft ride to Dallas Love Field airport; 20 mins to DFW; 15 mins to Downtown; 10 mins to Highland Park Shopping Village; 11 mins to Northpark Mall; 8 mins to Addison.
Other things to note
The guest house has a private entrance with a flight of wide stairs on entry. The private entrance to the guest house is accessible from the rear driveway in front of the garage off of Killion Dr.
For the eco-conscious the home is powered by solar renewable energy with battery backup to safeguard against power outages.
