SELF CHECK-IN. You will enter completely independently following the entry times. WELCOME TO VILLECEFALU. Cozy, colorful and bright apartment in villa.
This is a semi-attic two-room apartment on the first floor, composed as follows:
Terrace for exclusive use equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue where you can enjoy your freshly grilled fish; Double room;
Complete bathroom (shower height approximately 1.78 cm); Kitchen-living room with 2 single beds; Attic storage room;
AMONG THE AVAILABLE COMFORTS: outdoor shower, 1 private parking space inside the residence, barbecue, wi-fi Internet, washing machine, 2 air conditioners, television, mosquito nets, umbrella for the beach.

Conceived and designed to spend pleasant holidays, full of reasons to never get bored, easy to reach the Sicilian beauties with the motorway entrance only about 4 km away.
- IN THE SURROUNDING AREA: Bar, pub, restaurant, pizzeria, 4 supermarkets, railway station, petrol station. Furthermore, 1 km away is the Campofelice di Roccella seafront with various refreshment points and beautiful equipped beaches.
- In the surrounding villages, markets and various festivals are held on different days with a thousand tastings of the typical and local products of our land. Remember that Sicily is also FOOD :)
- LEISURE ACTIVITIES not to be missed: Sup, surfing with snorkelling in the blue sea of Cefalù; Quad excursions to the paths of the Madonie Natural Park; Boat excursions; Dinghy excursions to the Tiberius Gorges; Adventure Park; Water park, wellness centre, sailing and diving, rental of pedal boats, canoes, gym and much more.

Helt ok semesterboende.

Lägenhet en av fyra i ett typiskt semesterhus några km utanför vanlig bebyggelse. Området består av hundratals semesterhus. Bil är ett måste. Området är rejält inhägnat, ingen oro för stök. Stranden i närheten är inte särskilt badvänligt men man kan åka in till Cefalu där det finns en fin strand. Långt till affär och restaurang. Det går fint att ta tåget till Cefalu men behöver ta sig till stationen med bil. Kontakten med värden fungerade bra, bara via Whats up. Vi träffade aldrig världen. Boendet och området tyckte vi nog var lite trist, opersonligt. Men det är ju en smaksak.

Aufenthalt im Februar 2023

Wir verbrachten eine Woche im Februar in dieser Wohnung. Der Kontakt vor der Anreise erfolgte sehr komplikationslos. Die Vermieterin antwortete recht zügig und ging auf Fragen ein. Die Wohnung zu finden war auch nicht kompliziert. Uns hat sehr gefallen, das die Wohnung in einem abgezäunten Bereich war. Da so gut wie kein Betrieb war sorgte das bei uns für Sicherheit. Wir konnten früher einchecken, die Vermieterin kam persönlich und wies uns in alles ein. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr klein, was uns aber nicht störte. Für hohe Personen ist die Wohnung etwas unbequem. Ich konnte mit meinen 1,72 m gerade so im Bad stehen, aber frisieren war nicht möglich. Warmes/heißes Wasser war immer sehr schnell vorhanden. Die Dusche ist sehr klein. Die Armaturen sind generell sehr mitgenommen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, es gab alles was man braucht, allerdings war alles nicht sauber und so mussten wir bei unserer Ankunft erstmal Geschirr waschen. Während unserer Reise herrschten Außentemperaturen von 7-13° C. In der Wohnung war es extrem kalt, sobald man die Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage ausschaltete. Der Boden war trotz heizen eiskalt, die Handtücher wurden praktisch nie trocken und an den Fenstern zog es. Die Matratze war für uns bequem, anderen wäre sie evtl. etwas zu hart. Wir haben das Bettwäsche/ Handtuch Paket dazugebucht. Leider waren auf den Kissenbezügen gelbe Flecken, es gab nur eine große Decke fürs Doppelbett und dazu ein Laken was man quasi zwischen sich und Decke legte. Das war immer ein Durcheinander. Die Handtücher hatten teilweise auch Flecken und haben nicht frisch gerochen. Einen Safe gab es nicht. Die Terrasse war wunderschön, es gab Liegestühle für zwei Personen. Die Außenanlage war gut gepflegt und sehr schön. Jedes Haus ist nochmals einzeln umzäunt. Vor unserem Tor standen leider die ganze Woche alte Gerätschaften. Man hat einen eigenen sicheren Parkplatz, was vor allem mit Mietwagen sehr gut war. Verlässt man das Gelände ist in der Umgebung leider alles sehr dreckig. Für uns sind solche Bilder aus Deutschland völlig unbekannt. Der Strand ist extrem schön, aber leider auch komplett zugemüllt. 2km von der Wohnung gibt es einen Bahnhof, der auch sehr verständlich ist. In den Orten der Umgebung konnte man viel machen. Unser Fazit: Im Winter würden wir diese Wohnung kein zweites Mal nehmen, im Sommer wäre sie perfekt.

Wenn es eine Anmerkung zu machen gäbe, warum benachrichtigen Sie mich nicht sofort? Ich stehe Ihnen sofort nach Ihrer Ankunft zur Verfügung. So: Ich habe Ihren völlig kostenlosen Check-in bis 12.00 Uhr statt 16.00 Uhr vorweggenommen; Laut Ankündigung handelt es sich um Bilikate von etwa 40 Quadratmetern. Wenn Sie buchen, wissen Sie bereits die Größe der Wohnung, ansonsten entscheiden Sie sich für ein größeres Haus mit einem anderen Budget; Es gibt 2 Liegestühle auf der Terrasse, wie auf dem Foto gezeigt, gemäß der Ankündigung und gemäß Ihrer Reservierung; Wir achten absolut auf Sauberkeit. Denn nein, es ist sehr wichtig! Wenn die Reinigungsfirma etwas übersehen hat, entschuldige ich mich, aber es hat gereicht, sofort darauf hinzuweisen, damit wir es beheben können. Obwohl es sich um eine Zweizimmerwohnung handelt, gibt es zwei Wärmepumpen und das Haus bleibt warm, wenn Sie sie eingeschaltet lassen. Wenn Sie sie ausschalten, kühlt das Haus offensichtlich ab! Es ist immer Winter und es sind immer 7 Grad. Was die Bettwäsche und Handtücher betrifft, so reichte es aus, bei jedem Wechsel darauf hinzuweisen. Die Höhe der Dusche beträgt ca. 1,78; Ein Gruß

Rolig beliggenhed tæt på strand

Vi havde 14 dejlige dage. Lejligheden ligger roligt og naturskønt med let adgang til dejlig badestrand. Nød især den store terrasse med liggestole, grill og markise for dejlig solafskærmning. Der er IKKE som det fremgår af annoncen adgang til pool eller tennis. Bil er en nødvendighed. Eneste minus er, at der generelt er meget affald i vejsider, grøfter mm

Summer vacation

Our stay was amazing. Starting with Maria Louisa who greeted us at the home. Place was clean and just beautiful . Walking distance to one beach and only a few minutes with car to the other . Maria Louisa was always there to answer questions or recommend where to go. They also own a amazing restaurant on the beach we enjoyed very much . We took a pizza making class there . Food was delicious we will definitely return . Thank you Maria Louisa for everything.

Les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité... c est bien plus petit en vrai, et c est vraiment inadapté pour les personnes de grandes tailles. La piscine ne fait pas partie de la résidence, et est payante.... nous étions 4, dont un enfant et un bébé, 15e pour la journée. Sur Abritel il était indiqué "linge de maison fourni" mais c est en supplément. 15e par personne. Il y a également l électricité à régler, 6e par jour. Du coup il vaut mieux mettre 100e de plus et prendre plus grand !!

Die Seele baumeln lassen

Wir waren im Mai 2018 für 8 Tage auf Sizilien und haben hier bei MariaLuisa ein perfektes Apartment für schöne Stunden gefunden. Die Austattung war super, gute Betten und auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet und auf der Terrasse konnte man in einem offenen Kamin Feuer machen oder sogar Grillen. Alles in allem, Daumen hoch.

Perfetta vacanza a mare.

Siamo arrivati in tardissima serata ma non è stato assolutamente un problema per MariaLuisa e Pietro , dei gentilissimi proprietari della struttura. La villa si trova in un complesso molto sorvegliato, ben curato e pulitissimo. Una villa con grande comfort di veranda con barbecue, sdraio, 2 pompe di calore ben funzionanti, lavatrice, wi-fi, insomma tutto l'occorrente descritto nell'annuncio... MariaLuisa in più ci ha dato in omaggio 2 biciclette. La spiaggia di sabbia è molto vicina, 250 metri ( anche se visto il nostro periodo non ne abbiamo potuto approfittare ). Cefalù a soli 10 minuti e l'autostrada nelle vicinanze che si può facilmente andare in tutte le direzioni: Palermo, Messina, Catania, Agrigento. Supermercati, stazione di servizio e bella Cefalù si trova nelle vicinanze (molto turistica).

Mi dispiace leggere queste recensioni. Purtroppo però non è come dice il cliente. Nella descrizione dell'annuncio vi sono tutte le note come l'elettricità che non è inclusa nei costi e che non siamo noi i proprietari della piscina ma per i nostri ospiti vi è una convenzione... " come da annuncio ". Per maggiore sicurezza che l'ospite abbia letto tutto, lo riscriviamo anche nella prima e-mail. Inoltre Cefalù, " come da annuncio " dista 8-10 km, ovvero 10 minuti di macchina. Désolé de lire ces commentaires. Malheureusement, cependant, il est pas comme le client dit. Dans la description de l'annonce sont tous connus comme l'électricité qui ne sont pas inclus dans les coûts, et que nous ne sommes pas propriétaires de la piscine, mais pour nos clients il y a une convention ... », selon une annonce." Pour plus de sécurité que le client a tout lu, je réécris aussi dans le premier courriel. Aussi Cefalu ", selon une annonce" est de 8-10 km, ou 10 minutes en voiture.

Très bon séjour

Endroit plein de charme et sécurisant. Très bien situé. Palerme, Cefalu, les iles éoliennes, etna. 5 min à pied de la plage. Propriétaire très sympathique et de bons conseils. Voiture de location indispensable un maximum. Supermarché à 5 min en voiture. Je recommande cette location, idélale pour couple avec 2 enfants.

Amazing place to stay

We stayed in this amazing vila for two weeks and there was nothing that we could regret of our choice. All private, clean and calm area was all we needed for our vacations with small child. In vila we found everything that made our vacations easy- plates, coffee machine, toaster, clothes washer, hair dryer and etc. It also has a huge balcony with a view to the mountains. Vila is in excelent location - 5min by foot to the sea (it has amazing shore and a castle near), 5-7min with the car to the store, also 10min by car to beautiful small town Lascari and about 15-20min to spectacular city Cefalu, which is amazing in the evening. Really worth staying place!

Vacanze stupende

Siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento si trova in luogo molto tranquillo per avere un massimo di relax si ci trova tutto di qui serve. Grande lode al Signor Pietro persona molta disposta e gentilissima. Il suo restorante è veramente da consigliare il migliore che abbiamo provato con prezzi convenienti cibo sembre fresco.

Ein nettes Örtchen

Wir waren zum Rennrad fahren in Sizilien und für unsere Zwecke hat sich die Ferienwohnung perfekt geeignet. Viel Platz, gemütlich eingerichtet, mehr oder weniger alles da was man zum selber Kochen braucht. Zwei Einkaufsläden (ARD und ein weiterer) keine 5 Autominuten entfernt die unterschiedliche Angebote haben. Cefalu 20 Autominuten entfernt und auch der schöne Strand bei Pietros Restaurant nur ca. 7 Autominuten entfernt. Der Strand in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, da er sehr dreckig war, allerdings war es kein Problem auf den Strand bei Pietros Restaurant in Lascari auszuweichen, der war sehr schön. Pietro hat uns sehr nett beraten und für alles eine Lösung gefunden. Auch die Sprachbarriere haben wir gut überwinden können, in dem wir mit Google Translate gearbeitet haben und sonst eben versteht man sich auch ohne Worte gut mit Händen und Füssen.

Mi scuso con i miei ospiti, che purtroppo, la loro permanenza ( fine settembre) è stata seguita da una forte mareggiata che ha sporcato tutta la spiaggia, posso tranquillizzarli che il comune ha già provveduto alla pulizia delle zone interessate.

Casa accogliente essenziale posizionata all'interno di un residence molto tranquillo e funzionale. la villetta si trova a 200 mt dal mare comoda per escursioni in 40 minuti si arriva a palermo in 15 minuti a cefalù. Ringrazio per la cordialità il Sig Pietro.

Una villetta molto accogliente

Un grazie al signor Pietro e alla signora per la splendida vacanza, due persone veramente gentili e disponibili,sempre pronti a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti,una vacanza da ripetere,il loro ristorante in riva al mare veramente ok si mangia benissimo a prezzi fantastici,arrivederci alla prossima estate.....grazie.

ll Signor Samuel e la sua " FAMIGLIA SPLENDIDA" sono stati delle persone eccellenti. Si sonno distinti per la massima educazione, discrezione, e cortesia, sono stati i loro punti forti che li hanno fatto distinguere. resto in attesa per un loro prossimo ritorno.

an unforgettable holiday by the sea

The only feature of these apartments - remoteness from urban infrastructure. For visitors who rent a car - not a problem. All others will enjoy the hospitality of the local people who are willing to go to the shops or restaurants. And yes, Pietro and his daughter - very friendly and provide all kinds of support. The apartment has everything and more - mask and mattress for swimming, barbecue, toaster and more... Will definitely be back. Thank you
