To accommodate the diverse cultural backgrounds of our holiday home apartment owners, we might kindly refrain from providing wine glasses or any alcohol-related items, as some owners may follow the Muslim faith and it is important to respect their choices in accordance with the cultural norms of Dubai.

If guests prefer to enjoy alcoholic beverages during their stay, we encourage them to bring their own wine glasses or any other related items for their personal use.

In accordance with the local laws, we will need a copy of the passport for all guests checking in which will be uploaded onto the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal.

This apartment is registered in DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing).

House rules include being respectful of the neighbour's, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
🚭 No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a 1500 AED fine, as we will need to deep-clean the curtains, bed, sofa, and rug.

🚫 No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. I reserve the right to cancel the booking and alert building security immediately in case of disturbance.

🐾 NO pets are allowed.

🔑 Lost access cards, parking remotes, or building keys will be charged 500 AED each.

🙏 Please treat the apartment with care, as if it were your own: avoid touching the walls with dirty hands, and be mindful not to stain the sofa, mattress, or carpet.
