Nice stay, clean and close to a lot!

We recently enjoyed a 3 day stay here and enjoyed the property and location. I had nice direct and responsive communication from the owner who cared about our satisfaction. The house was very clean and had all the usual VRBO amenities (toaster, coffee-maker, etc). This house is in a nice neighborhood and not far from Wal-Mart, Whole Foods, and many other shops. The beds/mattresses are very nice/soft and we were all happy with our sleep. This is an older home in an older neighborhood that has been nicely updated. On a side note: we were surprised one evening by the presence of 3 deer in the front yard...in the middle of Cleveland? They seemed unphased by us or a woman walking her dog down the sidewalk...urban wildlife!

Nice but still leaves some things to be desired

Communicating with the host was easy and they quickly attended to a need we made them aware of. The location and neighborhood is nothing fancy, but nice. We appreciated that the house comfortably slept our family of 7 for a very reasonable price. The cleanliness of the house and yard was however lacking some. And though adequate, the stock of kitchen and bathroom supplies also lacked. Overall it was a positive stay with definitely more right than wrong for a good price.
