Welcome to the Cubhouse, your modern and bright retreat in a quiet corner of State College! This completely renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is the perfect home base for your Happy Valley adventures, decorated with a calming blue and white theme and plenty of Penn State spirit.

Stream your favorites on the 65-inch Smart TV (use your own Disney, Prime, Netflix accounts).

Thoughtfully stocked with cooking essentials and spices.

DEDICATED WORKSPACE:
A large wooden desk and a comfortable ergonomic chair for remote work or study.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full and private access to the entire townhome. Enjoy a seamless arrival with self-check-in anytime after your scheduled arrival time using the secure keypad entry. You will have the whole space to yourself. Parking for two cars is available in the back of the property, with additional unlimited parking available in the front.

Interaction With Guests:
We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process for an independent stay. While we won't be on-site, we are readily available and happy to assist with any questions or needs you may have. Please feel free to reach out to us through the app at any time.

Other Details to Note:
Security: For your safety and security, the property is monitored by exterior security cameras located at the front and back entrances. These cameras record video and audio and are only on the exterior of the property.
Housekeeping: For longer stays, optional housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional fee to keep your space fresh and comfortable. Please inquire if you are interested.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cubhouse to have our family Christmas with our kids who came up from Gettysburg and us coming down from the Finger Lakes. The house was perfect for the 5 of us and pups. Chris was incredibly accommodating and was able to get us in a bit early when we came down early to beat nasty weather. Communication was great. The house is beautiful and decorated for Christmas with everything you need and is in a great location. We hope to stay again someday.

As a first time renter there was a lot of angst about what this experience was going to be like. However, from the moment we walked into the Cubhouse, we knew it was the right decision. The inviting fragrance upon walking inside puts you right at ease. The décor and cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable. The house was filled with so many amenities that all we needed to bring with us was our clothes. The house is located in a favorable neighborhood that was safe, quiet and close to Penn State's campus. This is truly a home away from home.Chris and Joe, our host, were fabulous. They were very attentive and made the entire process seamless. We will definitely be returning to the Cubhouse in the near future.

Perfect Out of Town Easter at the Cub House visiting our kids at PSU

Chris does a fantastic job hosting this property! It was spotless, with a beautiful interior decorated, and Easter bunny decorations for the season were thoughtful touches since I was hosting this holiday during my stay. This place has a well-stocked kitchen and leaves the guests plentiful bathroom necessities, including ample towels and high-end shampoos, soaps, and candles that smell delicious. A convenient washer/dryer allows you to keep up on laundry if needed. This place has a great location close to Target, Wegmans grocery, and Dick's Sporting Goods, and is only miles from Penn State's campus. This was the perfect hangout for us to spend the holiday with our twins who attend PSU and are currently freshmen. We would definitely recommend staying here. Chris is very responsive if you ever have any questions and was so helpful in helping me find a restaurant to cater a meal for our family on Easter. This stay was very relaxing, and I was able to enjoy the holiday because this place had everything I needed and was so warm and inviting. Everything is high quality, and the bedding was super cozy and soft. I really appreciated the cleanliness, high quality bedding, and toiletries the most! Thank you Chris, for a wonderful stay!
