Judy and Geoff were excellent hosts! Check in and check out processes were simple and communication with Judy and Geoff was quick and easy throughout the entire stay. The house was clean and well decorated, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen area was well stocked with all sorts of accommodations. Our favorite part of the house was the back yard and back patio where we spent eating meals and hanging out in the evenings. Also the house is within walking distance to several restaurants, a fresh market, and an ice cream shop. We loved the house and location and would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing visit in Judy’s home in South Dartmouth! The house is so cozy, comfortable, and impeccably clean and the neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. We stayed with 2 dogs and were especially grateful for the fenced in back yard and the truly pet friendly vibes of both the home and the neighborhood! Judy was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We hope to return again in the future!

This charming house is set up to make the visitors feel very welcome. The decor and attention to detail shows a caring and inviting owner. The house is very well equipped and a cozy place on a rainy day. We walked into town for breakfast (1/2 mile) since the house is beautifully located within walking distance from Padanaram-a charming town with little shops and restaurants. We will be back.

We absolutely loved this house with so much coastal charm! The decor was perfect! We loved the little touches of snacks and water in the fridge and the way the towels and tosses were folded! They thought of everything , even toothbrushes in case you forgot yours! We would definitely stay again since we have family in the area.
