This home is owned by a travel nurse who offers their home for rent when they are away at work. Please note that one of the spare rooms will be locked, and a travel trailer will stored on the property. Both of these spaces are not available to guests.

Guests will have full access to the home with the exception of a storage closet, storage bedroom, and travel trailer.
Guests will have a personalized code for the front door and have access to the garage.

This house does NOT allow parties, loud music, or guests past 9 pm. This is a quiet family neighborhood.

This house has ample parking, but it limited to two cars in the garage and two cars in the driveway. We can accommodate trailer parking if needed, please contact us for details.

Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house. If there is any sign of smoking. A minimum of a $500 cleaning fee will be charged. This home is not smoker-friendly. Please consider staying at a different property if you smoke.

Up to 2 pets are allowed.
Please contact about pets staying in the home (we are flexible). If a pet damages or makes a mess to the property, additional cleaning charges will be applied. Please pick up dog poop upon check out to avoid additional charges.

If the home requires additional cleaning due to smoking or pets making a large mess, then additional fees will be charged.

This home is equipped with a smart thermostat. To help conserve energy and prevent damage to heating/cooling system, the thermostat does have set parameters. During summer months, a minimum temperature of 73 degrees will be set.
